He was able to guide me through the vast inventory of previously owned upright pianos his company has acquired always aiming for my satisfaction. Not steering me. Not aiming to sell a piano but to turn me into a happy customer. I’m delighted with the piano and trust Michael and his team to advise me wisely as I learn how to care for the instrument as I play it.

Michael explained all my options for improving the mechanics of my piano, which hadn't been worked on for many years. Michael was thoroughly professional throughout the tuning process. This is a 1930s Knabe and required three sessions to tune, adjust the humidity controller, and adjust certain key settings and movement. I heartily recommend him to anyone needing a tuning. He is expert and responsive.

Absolutely professional service Couldn’t be more pleased with Michael’s piano tuning. I have a Yamaha C3 in a one bedroom NYC apartment and Michael not only expertly tuned it but also very generously worked with me on softening the brightness of the piano in certain registers (which has been driving me insane for some time now).
