I cannot express how incredibly lucky and grateful I am to hv met Dr Jess. I experienced some personal women health matter and was in a state of confusion and mental distress trying to understand what was happening and figuring out if I could overcome the issue. From the moment I met Dr Jess till to date she comes across as a close friend who is very good in her profession. She was professional and structured in her plan to help me overcome the issue. I was able to share my struggles and vulnerability to her without any judgment. With Dr Jess help I was able to overcome my issue and move on with my life. I cannot stress enough how Dr Jess had changed my life and how I view certain topics that used to be a taboo to me previously. Came upon this clinic via Google. Doctor Jess is a calm and friendly doctor. She will understand the condition first before making giving any prescription or treatment. She let's her patient feels at ease and explain the condition after her analysis. She gave the right treatment and medication and thankfully the condition I had is gone. Lastly the staff are so polite and friendly, the clinic atmosphere is also so peaceful and clean. Thank you Doctor Jess and her wonderful team.

I have been here twice, but have never used their services. I was here today to collect an item for someone else. The people here are always so nice and friendly. I think they are one of the few places that set the bar for great customer service and experience. While I cannot comment on their medical services, I would feel so at ease and comfortable if they were my doctors. P.S. If you're in a van, park across the road at Katong Square!

Going to consult Dr Jess has gotta be one of the best decisions I've made in 2018. I'm always a little nervous when I visit a doctor or dentist but she puts me completely at ease. Like another reviewer put it, she truly engages with you and never makes you feel like your question is stupid (you know that feeling). I especially like how she's very upfront with the costs before prescribing or proceeding with anything. I've recommended her to my family and all my friends! Edit: Just wanted to add a shoutout to Dr Jess's team. Each of the ladies I've met in the last couple of years have been so welcoming and warm which calms my nerves while waiting to see Dr Jess or waiting for medication to be dispensed. I don't know why but appointment making can be quite an intimidating process for me but they've always been so kind and are always responsive.

Naomi thank you! Something you highlighted in your review that i take very seriously in the clinic, is the financial counselling that happens during the consult.
I remember visiting a dentist once, and was told that i needed a couple of x-rays and it was mentioned to me that it was part of the procedure required for my extraction. The cost of the x-rays was not explained to me and i was hit with a huge bill at the end of it.
If the cost was explained to me during the consult perhaps i could have discussed things like
1. what x-rays are absolutely necessary - so proceed to only do those.
2. are there other alternatives

This gives patients the opportunity to decline certain services or drugs if the cost is not suitable for them and alternatives can be discussed without embarrassment or resentment.

I will continue to practice this way always

Great place! I went there for some tests and one of the tests was taking it's sweet time at the lab. The clinic staffs opened a whatsapp conversation with me and started providing daily updates. I really appreciate their diligence, professionalism and proactive support. Highly recommend if need a GP in this neighborhood.
