Prior to finding The Feltner Group, I had been with a company that was bought out and another company that was non-responsive. Within a day, Scott was able to address the entire situation and help us maintain the coverage we needed for our business. He is kind, so timely in response to communications, and holds an outstanding knowledge of the field. I felt frustrated and exhausted when I turned to The Feltner Group -- within a day, I knew I was in good hands, my business was protected, and that I no longer needed to be concerned about our policy. Scott really went above and beyond what was necessary. Despite the fact that he was unable to find a carrier who would be able to fulfill our unique business insurance needs, he took the time to explain all the reasons why this was the case. When I reached out to other companies, I had received the same 'no, we can't help you' generic response, or even a lack of response. Not so with the Feltner Group. Scott was the only one to take the time to exhaust all his resources to see if he could offer us any options, and even when he could not, he was friendly and offered his professional advice. Even though he could not personally help us, I could tell he wanted to! I would recommend the Feltner Group to anyone looking for insurance because it's not about the bottom line with them. It's about the customer.
