IA App is FANTASTIC. My agency has slowly but surely been entering the digital era, and this app hits that home. Our clients are THRILLED and are thanking us for entering a new era of our business. We had a few clients that were skeptical that they would be losing the personal touch and great customer service we are known for. We explained that this is a HUB for communication with us, and they can dial our number or text us right from the app, making it EASIER to contact us. This is a fantastic supplement to what we do: not a replacement for customer service, and that explanation was enough to quell the most skeptical. This is a brilliant tool to have in our repertoire, and only a week in and our clients are starting to use it. The team at IA App are responsive and knowledgeable, and have been lovely to work with. They answer my questions quickly and helped us onboard without any issues. The on-boarding process is super simple, and only takes minutes to get set up. Not hours. MINUTES. Hands down one of the best decisions our agency has made!
