We had a great experience working with Insolation First. Marco, the owner, was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. We were dealing with cracks in the ceiling, and his team took care of everything efficiently and professionally. The work was completed in just two days. Marco consistently kept me updated by sending me videos and photos of the progress. His pricing was more affordable compared to other companies we looked into, without compromising on quality. We’re very happy with the results and would definitely recommend Insulation First to anyone needing insulation work done. Please see before and after videos.

Marco was PHENOMENAL! He literally showed up & and after shaking my hand said “ show me the attic “ . within 8 mins heidentified what my issues were! He was clear, concise, & professional! I was expecting him to give me an astronomical quote, but not only is INSULATION 1st affordable, he offered a payment plan option if I didn’t want to do the entire amount. 5 STARS ALL THE WAY!

hired insulation first to remove and install insulation in my parents house. they were very professional. they explained what they were going to do and provided documentation like before and after photos. Marco was kind enough to help them with another issue of a dryer duct not being connected as it should of been. there was no upselling and price was reasonable for work. highly recommend Insulation First

Marco and his team were great! Very clearly laid out the plan and walked me through the steps for getting my blown-in insulation installed. He answered all of the questions I had and even taught me about some insulation stuff, showed me all the before and after pics, and cleaned up every loose piece of scrap afterwards. Avigail in the office was also super helpful! She was able to squeeze me into the schedule for a last minute insulation job so I could claim my last minute tax credit hah

Insulation First is amazing! They took out the old insulation, sealed up all the leaks, and sprayed new insulation! all without me even having to be there. They made the whole process super easy and stress-free, and they documented everything so I could see exactly what was done. When I came home, the job was finished perfectly. We had Insulation First do an attic remediation in our Plano home. Marco and his team removed old insulation, cleaned/sanitized the attic, added new insulation, and installed an attic tent. Meeting with four different companies and considering all proposals took time, but one company stood out from the initial meeting. Marco listens to what you need and offers solutions. No upselling or high-pressure tactics. They completed the work last week (Oct 2025) and we could not be more pleased. Communication was great throughout, and Marco was very patient answering all my questions. The entire team, from Avigail in the office, to Marco, Pedro and the rest of the crew were very professional. They were respectful of our property and the clean up at the end was amazing. Overall, fantastic experience and without hesitation we would highly recommend Insulation First.

Insulation first is a premiere installation company giving the best prices with the best service in the Texas! And the Dallas-Fort Worth area I had an addition to my house and they consulted with me which type of insulation would be the best and gave me the best price out there as well as being easy to work with and quick with the job. I would hands down use them again
