After driving over a pot hole on my way to work my tyre developed a crack in the sidewall. We arranged the appointment for the end of my shift and they arrived promptly. Had me on the road home in 20 minutes. Can’t fault them.

I recently used Instant Tyre Service while visiting Leicester after hitting a pothole that caused a flat tyre. I called the company and their response was impressively quick. Within an hour, the tyre was replaced and we were safely back on the road. Excellent service.

Sadly not as impressed as other reviews. From when I paid the deposit is was around 2 hours until someone came to me. He seemed unsure what he was doing, appeared to be getting instructions over the phone. There was then a large scratch left around the edge of the alloy which seems to have e been made by the tool used to remove the tyre. The fitter was apologetic and offered £20 off but it has left me wishing I had waited for a slot with one of the better known companies.

I called instant Tyre and fit on a Tuesday afternoon (1630) in a bit if a panic. My daughter was stuck on the motorway with a flat tyre a little over 100 miles away. I sent them a pin and a photo of the tyre. They helpful person, reponded Via Whatsapp within 5 min. They had a technician with my daughter within 70 min of the initial call. They were extremly helpful and professional. Well done to the team.
