Inspector toolbelt has been a breeze to use. Customers always compliment how easy the report is to read, and on the Inspector side of things, it's easy to learn and customize. It's not too flashy or jumbled up. Ian and the team are always actively working to improve it based on inspectors' feedback. Highly recommend!
I absolutely love the app! It is so easy to use and literally saves hours of work over the week. Just when you think there is no more improvements that can be made, an update comes out with a new feature that is amazing! The best part of the app is the tech support you receive. When issues arise, the ITB team is on it immediately and is very communicative with the corrective actions and will even follow up with a text or email. The experience of using the app along with the support has been amazing and 5 stars is not enough!!

For every Inspection company that wants to be truly professional, it is crucial to have an amazing Report Software. As Owl's Eye but also individually as a Master Inspector, Inspector Toolbelt was the one for us, after trying if not all almost all of the rest softwares. If ITB is not now, we know that in the near future will be the #1 software and we will be proud to support it all this time.
First of all they do not sell anyone's data, not the clients' or ours. Secondly they cut 8h from our previous software to write the report. The made it easy and fast to upload and load pics and videos and once we created our template it is incredibly fast to write the report on site or finish it on desktop.
Not to mention that within minutes usually they respond to our questions. The whole team, including Ian, Beon, and David are just amazing to work with and listen to you. So they truly care, you are not just a subscription number to them.
They made our lives easier with all the back office support, sending the report, notifications, booking, etc.
They have a "Repair List" so our clients can send the report to the contractor they need and he gives a quote right on the report per findings we reported.
Inspector Toolbelt also listen to us, the inspectors, and make updates/upgrades according to what WE asked. So, we are happy, the realtors and the clients are happy too. Because we made the report according to what we need.
We get nothing but great comments about our report. From how it looks to how easy it is to read it, despite we put tons of information. We owe that to ITB.
ps: They also have amazing podcast that help inspectors become great inspectors but great business owners too.

I’ve been a customer for years. I have always been very happy with the software, SEO and website. What makes me sing praises about Inspector Toolbelt to anyone who will listen, is the unbelievable customer service, which is so rare anymore!
Tonight I had an issue where a photo got “stuck” uploading and had been stuck for a while. It didn’t affect functionality, just incredibly annoying. I jumped on the Facebook group for Inspector Toolbelt and explained my issue, simply asking others for thoughts or help on resetting. This was later in the evening, maybe 7p. Within 10 mins of my post, the issue had been acknowledged, addressed and fixed by Beon. This isn’t the first time I’ve been on the receiving end of spectacular customer service. Knocked it out of the park yet again! Thanks!

Faster than many other apps
I switched to ITB from another app for two reasons - the integrity of the company, and the speed the app works at. It’s highly customizable, and once I got my template together, I shaved about 1-2 hours off my reporting time. That’s huge for me and my business.

I looked at 10+ home inspection software providers before deciding on Inspector Toolbelt!
I love the fact that my reports meet my clients where they are most comfortable these days - on their devices (or I can print out a paper copy to the report pdf for those that prefer that). Clients really do have fun going through the very intuitive home inspection report, and say "it's similar to scrolling Instagram". They also love the different ways of navigating, how everything is linked (from one part of the report to another), and how graphical it is! In short, every inspection report I do is a great piece of marketing to that client.
I find Inspector Toolbelt to be a great time saver and easy to work with on the back end as well. Compared to the many other softwares I've tried, ITB is fast & intuitive - not to mention a great value!
Lastly, I've really appreciated the great support from ITB. Specifically, I really appreciated the help I got from David during the free Zoom training session, and love the Podcasts! All great things!

Overall: Software has save me about 1 hour per inspection Pros: Software is designed to reduce clicks and is very fast. Easy to customize in the field. Syncs with all your devices instantly. Cons: Great new features coming out, but I wish they would come out faster. I am in a hurry!!

I am switching from another software as I need to have something more updated and flexible. I checked 3 apps. One I deleted it immediately as it looked from 90's and thr other one is famous but I don't see what IT has to be jealous of it. I started listening ITB podcast and Ian was amazing without trying to sell his app. So I gave a try to IT app and I am AMAZED. You can change all settings pretty much. They update it all the time, according to OUR needs.They listen to us! Love it!!

Immediately uninstalled. Not easy to use. Very confusing. Takes way too long to get to the part where you are actually inspecting. Costs 69 dollars a month. Man I really hate that. Why do I have to go around downloading 100 different apps?? It's annoying Just tell me how much it costs on the play store.
