I’m very grateful to Phil for his thorough pre-purchase inspection. The seller claimed the car had no issues, but Phil uncovered multiple serious problems, including no service history, broken wheels, worn tyres, engine warning lights, oil leaks, and evidence of smoking inside the car. Phil’s attention to detail saved me a lot of time, money, and stress, especially as I was travelling from Melbourne. This experience proved that you can’t always trust what sellers say.
