Toby was such a supportive and experienced trainer to have and it was great to have a safe space to discuss some really tough topics. I especially liked that every discussion was brought back to the individual - not the illness, not the science - just the person we are helping. 1000% recommend!!!

I was incredibly lucky to find myself in the classroom on Ronel Ackerman , whose industry experience , relatability, care and attention provided eased my reservations about returning to study .
Difficulties experienced were understood and supported and I managed to complete the double qualifications of aged and disability. If you are passionate about outcomes for people seeking support , then this is where you need to enrol. The support industry needs you and real change comes from experienced people.

The lecturers Meghan and Natasha worked so well together to provide detailed and supportive classes for all individuals.
I highly recommend coming to them to complete yours as they are wonderful people who create an amazing learning environment.
I completed my Cert III in disability and trained under Jenna Masters. She taught as the essential skills of both ageing and disability area which are manual handling, critical thinking (which is often overestimated) and many practical skills.
She is an amazing teacher with a very patient and hugely supportive attitude and is always able to make the class enjoyable. Her lessons are engaging and easy to follow which makes a positive learning environment for everyone

**Certificate III Community Services (Rockingham campus)**
I am grateful for the opportunity to participate in the 9-week training session with our trainer, Sinead, as well as my classmates. We come from diverse backgrounds, and our ages range from 17 to 63 years old, which enriches our learning experience.
All the staff at this campus are friendly and helpful.
Our trainer, Sinead, is an exceptionally experienced trainer who fosters a positive and supportive environment. She approaches our learning with kindness while also maintaining a level of assertiveness and professionalism that encourages us to grow and develop. Sinead takes the time to truly understand each student.
Being part of this class has been a blessing, surrounded by such a wonderful group of classmates.
I have discovered that I've gained more valuable life skills during this course than I did during my time at university. These skills are instrumental in my personal development.

Studied Work Health and Safety the Rockingham campus, I couldn't have asked for a better lecturer. Coming into a classroom as a mature age student after years of being out of one can be daunting and we question ourselves to much.
Insight Training are lucky to have such a great dedicated, funny and smart trainer deliver this course.

I highly recommend the CHC30121 Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care course to anyone who loves working with young children. I was so lucky to have such a wonderful teacher Jillian. She was supportive, patient and truly dedicated to helping every student succeed in our studies and pursue a career in early childhood education. For the past five months, while studying for my Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, I was lucky to have Jill as my teacher. She made learning easy and enjoyable. I’ve had such a positive experience studying with Insight Training while completing my Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing & Disability). The course has been incredibly practical and well-structured, giving me the confidence and skills I need for real-world work in aged care.
A special shout-out to my lecturer, Ronel Ackermann, who has been absolutely amazing. She’s knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely passionate about her students’ success. Ronel always takes the time to explain things clearly, share real-life examples, and encourage everyone to reach their full potential. Her warmth and guidance made learning both enjoyable and inspiring.

I found the trainers helpful. The catch up classes were brilliant for me and allowed more one on one with my trainer .
Demi at the front desk was always making us laugh, she was very helpful with the computer side of things and defiantly went out of her way and offered up her time to sit with us one on one and help us until we got confident with it . It was an actual pleasure going there every day . I miss it already !
