We had them remove our old bathroom vanity and top, faucet etc. We purchased these new items ourselves and did not realize that some adjustments would be needed to make it fit, Jose did a good job, and it looks great. We will recommend them if you need this type of work performed. Good Job!

Thank you Dave for the review and recommendation!
I do not write reviews for companies often, but this is one that I feel needs to be shared with the current state of this company from a customer's perspective.
If I could give this company 0 stars, I would.
2 years ago we had a garage window replaced without any issue. They were timely, easy to work with, and in-and-out without any rework needed to get done. A 5/5 star experience.
A year later we went with them again for our back patio door replacement due to water damage. This was a disastrous process. From the errors and unfinished work, to having multiple crews out to our home at hours that fit them and still nothing actually getting done. Finally, competent individuals came out and did the finishing work and installed the screen door. Yet again, water is still coming through the door after being told "it should all be fixed!" A true 0/5 star experience.
At the same time, we had an ongoing project with our bathroom window being done. The window replacement went fine. During the replacement, the crew cracked our bathroom tile. There was communication back to their leadership about the cracked tile. When the finished job was done, the paint looks like a kindergarten painting with streaks all around, and the woodworking is sub par at best. Another poor experience. 1/5 stars.
If you can afford to go with anyone else, I would highly recommended that. They have some good hearted people working there, but the current state of the company does not represent a quality or finished product.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We understand how frustrating it is when a project doesn’t feel fully resolved, and we appreciate the opportunity to follow up.
As a next step, Josh returned to your home and replaced the trim above the patio door. Based on what we found, we believe the water intrusion was related to the trim and not the patio door itself, and this has now been corrected.
Regarding the bathroom tile, we want to be transparent that there were existing cracked tiles present and, unfortunately, we did not document the condition prior to starting the work. That made it difficult to determine when the damage occurred, and we understand how that uncertainty can be frustrating.
We take your feedback seriously and are actively working to improve communication, documentation, and consistency across projects. If there are any remaining concerns, we’re always open to continuing the conversation directly.

We had a challenging situation that required support from the leadership team. They recovered, did every right thing, and our confidence and satisfaction were fulfilled. Most importantly, we formed a trusted relationship. In life, not all things go smoothly, however, it is how you recover that defines the success or failure of an engagement. These good people stuck with the work. We are happy with the outcome and happy to RECOMMEND THEM!
Recently completed my Kitchen, Master Bath and Jack & Jill bathrooms with Inside Out. Working with Paul to quote the job and all the flexible options offered for controlling costs was fantastic. Installation was smooth, easy going crew members who set out mats every day to keep my house as undisturbed as possible. Great project manager in Jordan Hill who stopped by almost daily to check on process and address any concerns. Would recommend Inside Out to friends and family.
We recently worked with Inside Out Home Services on an addition to our home, and we couldn’t be more pleased with both the experience and the finished result. From the very beginning, their team demonstrated professionalism, good communication, and exceptional attention to detail. They helped us envision the final space, offering thoughtful and creative suggestions that allowed us to achieve our goals while staying on budget and on schedule.
Every step of the process reflected their commitment to quality and craftsmanship and the result is a new media room and primary ensuite addition that we absolutely love. The project was completed in a timely manner, and the end result exceeded our expectations.
We are very happy with the outcome and confidently recommend Inside Out Home Services to anyone seeking a contractor who values their clients and takes pride in their work. I’ve also recommended their team to my real estate clients considering renovations, as I fully trust their integrity, workmanship, and dedication to customer satisfaction.
Unfortunately, my remodel with InsideOut left me with immediate hazards from SERIOUS ELECTRICAL CODE VIOLATIONS and several unfished/damaged area's. 4 kitchen outlets were wired backwards and ungrounded and cabinet outlet was not insulated or secured - shock hazard.
Shortly after hiring IO, I realized I was being taking advantage of. Charlie's poor communication reflected irritation at any mention of errors and there was a constant rush to “get the job done". The project management was chaotic and poorly communicated (job orders). Charlie's billing was unethical - I was charged multiple times beyond the contract price; when questioned, I was told “you are looking at the old quote vs the invoice.” Skilled work was assigned to general labor, causing damage and re-dos, including a bathroom shiplap tear-out. He promised personal oversight of my project but, once errors began occuring, handed it to his “new hire” PM. Final "Walk-through" was a joke. No concern or notice of poor quality or errors.
Finish quality was overall poor: cabinets and granite counters were poorly reset, missed caulking, a crooked faucet damaged from over-tightening, missing trim, electrical dangers, cracked backsplash, and exposed plumbing cutout.
This project left me unsafe and with many extra costs and projects. Based on safety, quality, and ethics, I would not in good conscience recommend InsideOut. I gave 2 stars because some of the work looks okay and the workers did their best at the work assigned.

Thank you for your feedback. We are committed to delivering the highest quality experience to each client we serve, and I apologize for any shortcomings in this instance.
Collaborating with insurance companies and homeowners to complete repairs requires careful consideration. Many homeowners, like yourself, often wish to make upgrades alongside the replacements covered by insurance. We understand that our detailed line item quotes, which present multiple options compared to the insurance replacement, can sometimes be confusing. We sincerely apologize for any issues that may have arisen with your outlet after our departure. For larger projects such as yours, we ensure a final walkthrough and provide guidance throughout the process.

Inside out performed a number of services for our home after inspection. They worked hard to make sure the buyers were satisfied. Their quote was very competitive and communication and scheduling were excellent.
I would highly, highly recommend Inside Out Home Services. I had two of my bathrooms remodeled this summer. The Inside Out Team was so easy to work with from design to completion. They are true contractors that provide professional, expert and quality workmanship. The Team at Inside Out go above and beyond. For example: one day my cat went missing and Tyler from Inside Out immediately called me letting me know. After work hours he searched the neighborhood looking for my cat even setting out food to help lure him home. My wayward kitty cat was later found unharmed a little dirty, but glad to be found safe. If you want a great contracting team to work with call Inside Out Home Services.
Andersen windows subcontracted Inside Out for warranty work on a window less than 6 months old that cracked. The first time IO came out for the repair, the replacement window pane cracked as well. The second time the installation seemed to go much smoother and faster and no cracks. The guys cleaned up after themselves well. So far we are happy with the service.
