Fantastic company, excellent value and customer service London Interior Shutters were brilliant from start to finish. After contacting them, they quickly arranged a visit to measure up and provide me with a quote, which was extremely competitive. When I placed the order Hayley told me that there would be a 3-4 month wait, and she kept in touch throughout the time that I was waiting. The shutters were finally installed on Saturday (just over three months after I placed the order). The installation process was very quick and easy and I am so pleased with the result. The shutters look fantastic and have made such a difference to my flat.

Same people Five years on! We had shutters from London Interior Shutters five years previously and got them back as we had converted our garage into a new room. They were the same people who remembered us and you could tell that they were people of their word who are proud of their work. The blinds look marvellous!

I’ve been waiting for my house sale to complete for months and as soon as I had got the keys I got in contact with London Interior Shutters. I found them online ages ago and knew I’d want to work with them. I love that they’re a family run company and their price commitment too. It’s been great speaking with Hayley in arranging my design consultation, which went so well with Daniel. He had some great suggestions, was really friendly and not pushy at all. 10/10 experience

The only thing is the wait as the shutters are constructed in China. Same for all companies We are very happy with our lovely new shutters. The whole experience of using London Interior shutters was effortless. Their quote was reasonable and was confirmed after Hayley’s husband came around to finalise measurements. Although the wait for fitting takes some time as the shutters come from abroad, the same with all companies, Hayley kept us informed all the time. The fitting was undertaken quickly and efficiently and everything was explained regarding how to use them. Very professional from start to finish. We are very happy customers.

Just got shutters installed on our two bay window areas, and the results look fantastic - even though our windows are a bit wonky because it is a Victorian house, the shutters look absolutely perfect and straight, really appreciate the time and effort from the person who installed it into making sure it looked perfect. The process of measuring up, figuring out what model we wanted, and sorting out the installation was very professional efficient, as was the communication. The lead time was a few months from ordering to getting them installed, but absolutely worth it and glad we waited!

I've had my shutters now for multiple months and I am so happy I went with London Interior Shutters for them. The price was reasonable, the communication beforehand with Hayley was very clear, the installation process was really smooth and quick (Alex was even highly considerate to my nervous cats), and the shutters are great quality and look fantastic. The full shutters block out the light completely with the aid of a blind, but it's amazing how much light they shut out on their own, while the standard shutters are fantastic for blocking out some light, but keeping the other light in.

From start to finish, everything was handled with care, professionalism, and a genuine sense of pride in their work. We placed our order with Dan, who was friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly very experienced. Our blinds arrived exactly on the date we were told they would, which is rare these days! The installation team were punctual, respectful, and clearly took pride in their craftsmanship. To supply and fit 4 shutters From start to finish London interior shutters were amazing. They were so professional and so friendly at the same time. Every question we asked they answered , they arrived promptly to measure, they arrived promptly when they came to fit the shutters and the office kept us totally informed with our order and when it will be arriving. I can not fault this company at all, the measuring and the fitting is outstanding and has transformed the 4 rooms we have had them fitted in. They even matched the hinges to the colour scheme of the room which we didn’t even know they were doing 10/10

We've had our shutters for 6 months now and they are great. The London Interior Shutter team provided a competitive quote and clear communication through out, and the shutters were installed without any mess or damage. Two things to note: the lead time is very long (as the shutters are shipped from abroad) and the shutters are not blackout, neither of which was a problem for us as London Interior Shutter flagged this up-front to us but worth keeping in mind if you are considering getting shutters. Have recommended to friends since!
