I found Inride by accident. They so far have been amazing. Today they picked up my car and I am waiting for wire transfer to arrive at my bank in a few days. Do not ever take a trade deal from a dealer when you are purchasing a new car... Inride made an offer I was very happy with. It took about a week to send them documents, title, etc. Talk about a leap of faith.... I checked customer comments and decided I would give it a try. I will never talk to a dealer again on a trade. I am encouraging friends to get into this century and get a fair price for your car!

Having read about the numerous scams perpetrated on seniors I had many reservations about selling my car on line. Was the reward of a good offer worth the risk of possibly losing everything to a business that neither I nor any of my friends or family have ever heard of? Were they legitimate? Why couldn’t they be verified on the Better Business Bureau website? These are the questions that weighed heavily on me. The only reason I didn’t abandon dealing with Inride was the trust earned by my primary contact, Weston, who is the Vehicle Acquisition
Manager for Inride. Weston was very patient with me explaining that Inride was new, and that they were still in the waiting period for BBB. He forwarded documents to me so that I could better understand the process, and he was available to answer questions even on weekends. I finally trusted my instincts,
and completed all of the documentation authorizing Inride to sell my car. The result was fantastic; the process was smooth. I have no reservation about recommending Inride to anyone looking to sell their car.

I just want to say that Jim Lee, Inride client specialist, was great! We went to Silver Spring Koons Mazda today to sell our 2021 Mazda 6. Mr. Lee took care of all our questions and processed everything very expediently which made me very happy! He was a consummate professional. The appraiser fellow Siavosh Kolahdooz was also most helpful and gave us some options for a future purchase. In addition, Vice President of Operations David Song was there for us when we had some concerns about our check. It was a very positive experience and made us want to come back for our next car purchase. They were just right--helpful but not overbearing. Just wanted to let you know. Inride is a scam. They offered $60k online. Then lowered to $52k over phone (no change other than that’s what they offered). Confirmed appointment to sell the morning of, drove an hour and a half. Waited 30 minutes. Then they told me they won’t buy my car because it’s a Tesla. Complete waste of time.
