My wife and I have used Iago Maciel and Innov Builders on two occasions this year.
The first required a repair to our roof to prevent a leak in an upstairs bedroom. We were not sure where the leak was coming from, but Iago Maciel, with the aid of his drone camera which he flew with remarkable precision, was able to pinpoint the cause of the leak in an area of a vent pipe in the roof. Two members of his team then came to repair the problem quickly and efficiently.
On the other occasion, the same two members of his team came to install a new roof on our shed and repair an area of the roof above our back door which had sprung a leak and become infested with ants. Their work seems to have resolved both problems to our entire satisfaction. Iago and his team have been a pleasure to work with.
