After a boiler service flagged up boiler issues, and 3 engineers trying to repair we decided to go with a new boiler that Lee and Corey very kindly came out and fitted for us 2 days later in the evening, making sure we were only without a boiler for 2 days.

Absolutely fantastic service from Innovative. Lots of little jobs to be done so they came out and quoted which we accepted. Start date was given a few weeks ahead (nobody wants a quiet plumber right?) and they turned up. Super tidy and efficient whilst here. A week later we had a problem with the toilet and they came back and fixed it. Another week later we had another problem with the toilet and they came back and we realised it was a manufacturing problem with the toilet. After the builders merchants swapped it out they came back and fitted it. They REFUSED to charge us for these extra visits even though we insisted it was not their fault and tried to pay them. Unbelievable service. We would have recommended them happily just for the job alone but they went above and beyond ⭐️
Highly recommend them.Right from the start. Called them on Wednesday on emergency, spoke to Carol over the phone. Nice to speak to a human rather than an automated machine. Carol was very friendly and promp, also very helpful.Lee Davies came out to diagnose the problem.Very prompt and professional. Then came back today to fix the problem along with Keith. Boiler installation

I have used Innovative Gas Service for a number of years and have found them always to be very reliable. Recently before Christmas I had a minor emergency , Lee came out on a Sunday and a new part was fitted the Monday before Christmas. Following on from this after a further very constructive consultation with Lee a new boiler was installed by Corey. He was efficient, gave good information and explanation; tidily and quickly cleaned the work areas. Corey was ably supported by his apprentice Jack; who was most polite. Their rapport during their time here was obvious to observe.
I am vey impressed by the quality of Corey and Lee's expertise and skilled workmanship and attention to detail.
I have no hesitation in recommending this company.
Lee came to my mother's house on an emergency call out last Sunday evening. Super friendly bloke who quickly diagnosed the fault and repaired the heating system. Easy to navigate website, and a trackable van on a maps app. Very reasonably priced and highly recommended 😃

Excellent service. Lee and his team just fitted us a new boiler, done at very short notice as our old boiler was not working. They did a great job and we are very happy with the result. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly, they came, did the job and left the area clean and tidy. Prices very competitive- what more could you want
Great professional service with a smile
We have had a logburner for 5 years but it's never been set up properly, leading to dirty glass and chimney sweeps scratching their heads as to how to gain access to the flue. Only when Lee came from Innovative Gas services did we finally get the fire bricks and baffles set correctly. Lee spent a lot of time and effort and refused to give up, unlike other so called experts. The log burner now works a dream. Thanks very much Lee!
