My split system air conditioner needed to be repaired so I jumped onto google as you do and came across Innovation Air Conditioning who were local and had great reviews. Jim was very knowledgable and professional, communication was seamless, pricing was fair and the turnaround was quite quick. Thankfully Jim was able to fix my older model split system and saved me thousands of dollars having to replace it. It’s quite daunting trying to find honest & reliable tradies especially as someone totally removed from the building/construction game so i’m so glad I was able to find Innovation Air Conditioning. Highly highly recommend Jim at Innovation Air Conditioning - thanks again Jim!

Jim was fantastic! We had a repeating issue with our ducted system at home - not only was he dependable, professional and responsive, but he took the time to provided a detailed breakdown of what went wrong up in the roof area, what components were failing, and how he proposed on resolving it. He was transparent, honest, and skilled in his approach to fixing our system, and right on time too before the heatwave. If you're looking to leave your aircon services in the best hands, I'd say look no further.

Jim and his team were fantastic! Next day quote, quick and clear communication, fast turnaround time, they arrived on time, were polite, and did quality work. What really stood out was how patient and kind Jim was, and how he went above and beyond to answer my many questions. I have a severe mould allergy, and without prompting Jim paused his work and took the time to show me parts inside of the unit and explain how to keep a split system clean and as mould-free as possible. I’d happily use Innovation Air Conditioning again and most definitely recommend them! It became apparent why all Jim’s google reviews are 5 stars - he runs a fantastic business. I wish all tradespeople were like Jim.

Our old ducted air conditioner was updated to a whole new AirTouch 5 system with 10 zones throughout our 2-storey house and Jim made adjustments to ensure optimal airflow in every zone.
