Five-star facilities but poor management. It’s basically like a pub/bar vibe. People loudly talking constantly. Music on at all times which is also quite loud. My main memory was a group of women discussing their night out on the town the evening prior at a near yelling volume in the sauna. Just basic ground rules of being mindful of those trying to relax would fix the experience. Although, maybe that just means I’m not the target clientele.

Heaven on earth, this place is exceptional. The space is so thoughtfully designed, and the classes never disappoint. Absolutely must go!

Would rate higher if towels were included and there was more space for the warm bath, nice environment and appreciate the real plants.

This studio is seriously impressive, and I'm already planning my return. The space is beautiful, and they've thought of every detail to make it a relaxing place to be. The mat Pilates class was excellent, and the staff were welcoming, friendly and incredibly helpful, even when I'd booked the wrong studio and they sorted a swap to Collingwood without any fuss. I can't recommend Inner South Yarra highly enough!! A treasure and one of the best spas in Melbourne.

I like this place. Would definitely have 5 stars if it weren’t for the dumb music and conversation volume, but maybe some people are into that?

I’d give it 3 stars. Overall, it was a good experience, although the hot pool was a little crowded. My main concern was the lack of a dry area after changing. The floors were wet everywhere, including in the toilets, which made walking barefoot uncomfortable and left the facilities feeling unclean and unhygienic.

Mindful reset. I did Sammy's breathwork class and felt a deep sense of peace, like I had reached a new state of consciousness. I felt safe and well guided rhroughout and left grounded and calm.

Had such a lovely experience at Inner Studio. I got a voucher for my birthday and I’m really glad I used it on my day off. It was such a nice way to spend the day and I came away feeling really relaxed. Big shout out to Emma who was absolutely brilliant. She was so welcoming and made the whole experience even better. Would definitely recommend and I’ll be back!

Really beautiful set up. Great Pilates. Only downside was on two occasions I went and one of the heaters in the sauna wasn’t working so it was only 60C- they should have just shut down to fix it

A wonderful experience with many surprises. A gift from my daughter, a lovely mother & daughter morning. 1. The place has a peaceful, welcoming and friendly atmosphere. 2. The movement class with Dimitri is a must do! He is an amazing instructor. 3. The plunge baths are large, very inviting, set in amongst beautiful greenery. 4. The sauna was also very large, great space with large windows that look out to the beautiful greenery and plunge baths. 5. Great shower and bathroom spaces. 6. To top it off it even has a fire place. 💯 recommend to everyone wanting a beautiful experience in Melbourne.

Best magnesium thermal baths youll find around south yarra. Cozy but a nice way to revitalize after a hard week of work. Cold plunge is a must ♨️❄️ and start soaking your way to relaxation
