Inner City Plumbing provides prompt, friendly service and they come out and see you when they say they will, which in my case has always been within 24 hours of me making the call. Prior to switching to Inner City Plumbing several years ago I had called other plumbers and would have to wait for up to a week before anyone would show up, if they bothered to show up at all. This would be after promising to come out within the next day or so to fix whatever problem I had.
In particular, I would strongly recommend this firm’s plumber, Guy, who came out to see me today. Guy came out to fix up a minor problem with my hot water system. Once he completed the job, I mentioned to him about a problem I have been having with the shower over the years. It had started out with just the sound of rattling pipes through the walls about 5 years ago. The rattling gradually got worse and over the last 18 months the water flow coming from the shower deteriorated badly, making it difficult to have a hot shower, even though the hot water over the rest of the house seemed to be just fine.
I had mentioned this problem on a couple of previous occasions in the last year or so when plumbers came out to fix up other problems that I had had around the place. However, they had told me that to fix the problem it would involve knocking out the walls which would be a major job, so I ended up doing nothing about it.
In any event, I mentioned this problem to Guy today, as I had done with the other plumbers before him, and he had the problem fixed in minutes. Apparently, I had a shower head which he described as being absolutely stuffed. The shower head has been replaced, the shower is now working brilliantly and the sound of rattling pipes through the walls whenever the shower got used has gone completely. It almost sounds strange now when the shower gets turned on after the last 5 years.. Thank you Guy for a job well done.
