A great experience! Inline had great pricing, timely work as well as outstanding quality. My floors were in terrible shape and Darwin and his crew restored them to their original luster. I had 100+ year old hardwood floors that never had been finished to antique wide pine. Just a fabulous job!!!! Highly recommend - a pleasure to do business with!

Darwin was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, patient, and communicative. I got three separate quotes to refinish the floors in my new 150+ year old home, and Darwin took the time to come in, examine everything, explain creative and cost effective solutions for issues and repairs the floors needed, and answered all my questions, no matter how small. His pricing is beyond fair. He communicated every step of the way with me throughout the process (and also fixed my loose kitchen faucet, which was very kind). I won’t need to have to have my floors done for many years now, but I would recommend Darwin to anyone looking to refinish theirs.

Words can't express what an amazing job Darwin and his team did. He walked through with both of us, letting us know about the types of wood, how it will look, and issues that may arise. He stayed in contact daily, sending us pictures and a video at the end of how it all looks. It was a seamless process with absolute perfect work. Our first-floor house finally feels complete. The level of care and craft doesn't go unnoticed.

Responsive, quality work, and trustworthy - that is how I would describe Darwin and his team. My experience was a lot better than some of the others who recently worked with Inline, so i would consider less than positive experience as a fluke / something to not take too seriously.
I was looking for someone who was able to help with installation of ceramic tile and vinyl plank flooring - Inline did both, so I gave them a call to get an estimate for the tile and VFP work. Darwin picked up the first time I called and was able to give me a rough estimate based on the dimensions of my room but also came to see the space in person to give me an accurate estimate. I really appreciated this since I am a first-time home owner and he explained the whole process of what he’d do.
I first got the tile installed - it came out great! From the removal of old tile, cementing, and grouting, the process was seamless. I got the materials (the tile I wanted and the grout), so the work began as soon as they got here.
The vinyl plank install also came out great! They removed my old flooring for my two bedrooms before installing it over the concrete subfloor. He handled the removal, which was much easier than me renting out a dumpster or getting one of the Waste Management Bagsters - he matched the price for these. One of my bedrooms had a concrete issue, so Darwin called around and got someone to help address this - this showed to me that he really cared and wanted to do a good job rather than just putting the flooring over an issue. I really appreciated this since he could’ve easily just ignored this and installed the flooring over it. Once the concrete was dry, the flooring was installed. They took away all of the empty boxes, left no trash, and vacuumed when they were done. They were super clean. It came out wonderfully!
Overall, I am super happy with how my flooring came out and really appreciate the dedication, quality of work, and honesty of Darwin and his team. I felt like I was well-taken care of with the great customer service that I got. The process took a bit longer than I initially thought it would based on on unforeseen circumstances, but I am glad Darwin helped me out where he could and was easy to work with throughout the entire process. If you ever need ceramic tile and / or luxury vinyl plank flooring, don’t hesitate to give Inline a call.

I've been working with Inline since 2018 and this is the second property I have used Inline for, in 2022. This company is the most responsive, professional, and punctual one out there by far. Darwin is a true professional and dealing with his company is like taking a load off your shoulders during a renovation. They take the time to explain with patience, give tips, give unbiased feedback and answer any and all questions. They are excellent at providing accurate timelines and he works incredibly fast without cutting corners. I pay close attention to detail and having a contractor who shares that and exceeds that is truly a pleasure to work with. Don't think twice about hiring them!

Darwin and his team installed luxury vinyl planks few days ago at my house. The work itself was good, but during the whole project I felt like it was rushed and he wanted to get out from the work quickly. Their team didn’t even clean the area properly, all the plank boxes were left in the rooms, didn’t dispose removed carpets, and quarter round stickers were left as is they came from the factory. Their prices are higher than the contractors around the area, for the higher price I would expect more. Later I found other contractors who would install, clean/ dispose, install quarter rounds for free, materials included for a much cheaper price.
Darwin did an amazing job! He came on short notice and finished quickly. The floor had pet urine seeped into the floor down to the subfloor from previous renters. The odor was horrible and the floor a mess. He was professional, reasonable, and personable. It came out amazing! You can see in the photos the before and the amazing job after. Thank you so so much! Life saver
Darwin and his team did an awesome job. He is very fair with his pricing and goes above and beyond with every job he does. He has done two different flooring jobs and staircases for us which both came out flawless and exactly what we wanted in our home. Darwin and Inline Floors is the only company I trust with our floors.

Darwin did an amazing job ahead of schedule and on budget replacing wall to wall carpet with beautiful hardwood floors before we moved into our new home.
We were out of state with a newborn and he managed the entire job remotely, sending updates and pictures throughout the process.
You can tell he takes pride in his work and cares about doing everything the right way. We would work with him and his team again in a heartbeat and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

We cannot say enough good things about Darwin - he did such a fantastic job replacing and refinishing our hardwood floors! He was somehow able to source the materials on time (difficult during the pandemic) and then completed the removal, new wood install, sanding, and staining in less time than anticipated, as well. He was super responsive and checked in several times throughout the process to make sure we were happy with the progress up until that point. I can honestly say we’ve never had such a positive experience with a home renovation before, and we’re already trying to figure out when we can have him back to do the same to the rest of our house. Cannot recommend more highly!
