This is the second time of using Inline Removals from Silvertown E16, and the team of Brian, Dave & Jay were excellent. They arrived on time, and nothing was too much trouble for them.

Easy and Painless
The whole team from initial site visit to clearing the house over a two day period were great to deal with. Clear unambiguous quotation, constant updates and finally a fantastic hard working group of lads who were very much appreciated, making the process easy and painless.

Exceptional house moving service
We used Inline for our house move, what a Fantastic company.
Everything was planned and thought of thoroughly down to the packing materials needed for all our belongings.
The service was outstanding, Everything was handled so smoothly, making the stressful process of moving much easier. The team was professional, efficient, and clearly experienced. Their friendly and helpful attitude really stood out, and they took great care of our belongings. Highly recommend.

InLine Removals - Brilliant Service
I used InLine for a complex move and cannot praise the service enough!
I moved out of a Central London flat late 2025.The majority of goods went to storage and packing and removal took two days. The process was very efficient and the crew professional and friendly. One Luto van load was also delivered to Berkshire and Bristol.
My goddess were delivered from storage recently…by the same crew …again some to Berkshire and the majority to Bristol. As a result of an injury I used a local service to unpack for me….their packing expert was impressed with the standard of packing!
I would certainly recommend Inline for their services!

Excellent Service
I can thoroughly recommend Inline Removals. From the initial enquiry to the actual moving date, we received nothing but the most professional service. Like most moves, we experienced delays but Inline dealt with this in the most supportive and accommodating way. They came to pack our most valuable items two days beforehand to ensure that everything went smoothly on the day. Brian and the team were most helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. I would most definitely use them again.

Such a fabulous service.
From the minute of booking to sending off our movers with ice lollies-couldn’t have asked for a better service.
Our van turned up early, packed everything and made additional trips to our storage unit to ensure all was delivered to our new house. Jay and his partner were absolute dreams all day. Moving in 35 degree heat is no easy business but the boys did it with smiles on their faces all day.
Such a wonderful service from the start-cannot recommend high enough.

Easy and professional experience
Reliable, communicative and hassle-free movers Once they had my details, they didn't pester me for business, unlike other companies. Easy to organise via whatsapp and email, and receptive to discussions around pricing.
On the day, the guys were professional and communicative. Some minor damage to a lampshade during the drive, but they were open, honest and apologetic and provided information about how to claim (we decided not to on account of their professionalism and honesty).

The best thing we did
Honestly everything from booking to moving couldnt have gone more smooth. Any questions I had was answered quickly and nothing was too much of a problem. I am a control freak and honestly Terry and his team just made me just relax and enjoy our new start in our new home.

I cannot recommend John and the team highly enough. The removal crew on 20th April (E8) were exceptionally professional and impressively efficient. I was genuinely astonished by how swiftly they loaded everything, including dismantling several large pieces of furniture such as IKEA wardrobes and a bed frame.
Upon arrival at our new address, they went above and beyond at every turn: carrying a wardrobe up multiple flights of stairs when it wouldn't fit in the lift, and even dismantling an additional wardrobe left behind by the previous tenants - all without any complaints. Throughout the entire move, they remained calm and courteous.
Their kindness and dedication made what can be a stressful day feel entirely manageable. Thank you so much!

OMG what a fantastic team of men and company. I really cannot recommend this company highly enough, absolutely outstanding company for which we used for our residential move, nothing was too much trouble, even in the late of the day once we had our key, in the torrential rain, they are an example of how a company really works. Is was unable to get to use inline removals due to my buyers messing me about I was advised by inline not to move at the end of the month but the service that they gave me the weeks before was fantastic dropping of all the packing materials etc getting me a special lifting company to move my hot tub telephone box pallets of my building materials etc they couldn’t do enough for me so I would highly recommend this company keep up the great work thanks Terry for everything

Used their moving &packing service and that was horrible! AVOID this moving company at all costs—an absolute disaster.
1. Supervisor Terry came for an on-site assessment but underestimated the truck size and manpower needed. Since they couldn’t make last-minute adjustments, we were left waiting in frustration.
2. We clearly informed them that the house had to be cleared by 2 PM on completion day and they promised to complete the job by 2 PM, but due to insufficient manpower and trucks, they only finished at 4:30 PM.
3. Their after-sales service is terrible. The moving process was extremely stressful, and after I sent a complaint email, customer service promised to follow up but never did.
I strongly do NOT recommend this company.

Our experienced move team, with extensive experience at Inline Removals, found no issues during the first day of packing but did discover extra items on the second day that were not included in the original plan; they promptly notified both you and our office. Lisa, who has been mentioned in previous reviews, reached out to confirm that additional resources would be necessary to accommodate the extra items, and we arranged for additional manpower and a vehicle to assist you at no extra cost, allowing your move to proceed smoothly.

Avoid. Charged me for storing someone else's belongings and when the error was discovered refused to refund my money despite repeated requests. I also note the aggressive response to negative user experiences on Trust Pilot - I'm sure I'll get the same.
I understand that you were disappointed with the outcome of your storage query, and for that, we apologise. Your storage items were collected as part of a decant project instructed by our client, who signed the necessary documents and the storage inventory form that listed and confirmed the items we collected.. We provided a competitive storage quotation when the contractual obligation ended, which you accepted. However, upon the re-delivery of your storage goods, you informed us that the collected items were not yours. We want to clarify that as a trusted contractor, we relied on our client's instructions without questioning or validating the ownership. If any error occurred, it was on our client's part, not Inline Removals'. Regarding the storage charges, it's important to note that we only charged you for 16 weeks out of the 23 weeks from February to July, resulting in a savings of £100.80. Additionally, we re-delivered your goods free of charge, saving you £336.00. In your email, you mentioned different items that were allegedly collected by another mover in 2018 and confirmed as lost. Any questions or queries you had were promptly answered and accompanied by relevant documents. We appreciate your feedback and take complaints seriously, always working towards a quick and successful resolution. Inline Removals remains committed to providing excellent customer service, as outlined in our Customer Satisfaction Policy.
