Spoke with Alexander S a prior authorization rep she was rude and nasty over the phone , she need training for phone etiquette very unprofessional I feel sorry for the patients she interacts with get her out of that place now horrible horrendous customer service why work in a place where you have to deal with the public and you have such nasty disposition. Do not go here
Dr Leonid Reyfman is the BEST pain management doctor I've experienced. He is very attentive, caring, and genuinely concerned for his patients. He cares how his patient feel physically and mentally. He goes above and beyond, he talks to me through my procedures which helps me to relax and more comfortable. He is an Exceptional and knowledgeable doctor. Staff is very welcoming.
Dr rayfman is a rude disgusting person! He tried to injure my s1 joint with an infection. if I didn't scream on the top of my lungs I would have been permanently hurt. As we all know if injections are done wrong what can happen. This doctor should be reported!! Please stay away from seeing him. He tried to intentionally injury me with a injection. Stay away
