I’m on the GC and have used this device for the last 3 months with my TRT. I’ve done doses at 0.25ml and 0.3ml. No pain at all with injection. Very easy and simple to use and gives me no anxiety like needles did! I used the subcutaneous device rather than the powerful IM device and found this was perfect to me. I warm up my testosterone for a few mins prior to injection and this also helps lots. Strongly recommend if you’re looking for comfort and easy use. Absolutely amazing service great product and great information i had some troubles in the beginning i was doing it wrong but had a call straight away talking me through the whole process and made it soo much easier once i understood how to do it correctly. In the start i was loading up too much oil at once and with cold oil so was painful but once explained to warm the oil and to do smaller doses it was so much easier and went in with no problems atall and pain free cant believe i left it this long to get one should have brought one ages ago highly recommend to anyone that uses TRT or even bodybuilding for pain free needle free injections

I can honestly say the Comfort-in Intramuscular Needle-Free Injector has been a game-changer for me. I’ve always hated the feeling of injecting — that horrible, almost sickening sensation was a big mental hurdle. With this, that issue is completely gone. It’s made me far more compliant with my TRT treatment simply because it takes away the anxiety and discomfort of traditional needles.
In terms of results.... My testosterone levels tell the story. I started TRT using the Comfort-in injector only, and my levels went from clinically low to the high end of the optimal range. I haven’t used needles for TRT before, but I have used them for other medications, and I can confidently say I get less corking and less irritation compared to both standard intramuscular and sub-Q injections. To be clear, I'm saying less. Not zero. I also haven't had any little infections which I got on occasion with sub q needles for other medications.
Pros:
1 No disgusting or anxious feeling like you get with needles — genuinely life-changing.
2 Less tissue irritation and less lingering soreness.
3 Helps with long-term compliance because it removes the mental barrier of injecting.
4 Excellent results according to blood work.
Cons:
The initial device is a bit pricey, and the ongoing consumables cost slightly more than standard needles. TRT in general isn't cheap though
Anecdotal experience:
I’m 42 now and feel like I’m 25 again. Before TRT, I felt like I was 75 — sluggish, tired, and low energy. This injector made it easy to stay consistent, which I think is a big part of why I’m feeling so good now. Also, it's easier for travelling if I just have carry on because I don't need needles.
Usage tips:
I alternate injection sites between my thighs, quads, and delts.
You can warm the oil slightly before use — not essential, but it helps.
Pain level is about 1–2/10 on my thighs and around 2/10 on my delts. I alternate as I still get a slight corked feeling when I lift heavy at the gym. Less than when I used another medication with IM needles though.
Press the injector firmly — if it hurts while pressing, move slightly to find a less sensitive spot before injecting.
Overall, it’s easy, clean, effective, and I couldn’t recommend it more highly. If you’re hesitant about needles or just want a better experience, this is worth every cent.

Before my friend showing me this product, I almost didnt start my trt treatment. I got the I-comfort IM injector. Im beyond happy now that twice a week i don't have to stress and can easily do my treatments. My dosage is .5ml 2 times a week, so each time I do an injection of .25ml and it works great. One thing I do know teaching thermodynamics is hot always travels to cold so warming up the medicine in warm water before helps the medicine to flow better. I do that and I've never had a problem or discomfort. My kit came with a vile of saline solution, which was great to practice with. Its comforting to try an injection or two without the fear of spilling or wasting your product.
If you are skeptical about needles and want another way, this is the method !!

When my dog was diagnosed with diabetes I began giving him insulin injections, He cried, jumped away, and only part of the medicine actually got into his system causing me to have to poke him again.
