I went from knocking myself out or taking a gram of k to get an injection due to extreme phobia. To now actually looking forward to them. It is totally painless and when I mean painless I diddnt even notice any discomfort a fly landing on you would hurt more hahaha. Couldn’t recommend more! Game changer!!
This is an extremely well-made product that will clearly last a long time. More importantly, it just works, it’s safer, and it’s so comfortable/“no big deal” that my HSP partner finds the clicking sound it makes to be the most uncomfortable part of using the Comfort-In.
If you’ve been holding back on something for your health or wellness because you don’t like the idea of needles, here is your solution. It’s unbelievable to me that this technology is not widespread in the United States!

I can honestly say the Comfort-in Intramuscular Needle-Free Injector has been a game-changer for me. I’ve always hated the feeling of injecting — that horrible, almost sickening sensation was a big mental hurdle. With this, that issue is completely gone. It’s made me far more compliant with my TRT treatment simply because it takes away the anxiety and discomfort of traditional needles.
In terms of results.... My testosterone levels tell the story. I started TRT using the Comfort-in injector only, and my levels went from clinically low to the high end of the optimal range. I haven’t used needles for TRT before, but I have used them for other medications, and I can confidently say I get less corking and less irritation compared to both standard intramuscular and sub-Q injections. To be clear, I'm saying less. Not zero. I also haven't had any little infections which I got on occasion with sub q needles for other medications.
Pros:
1 No disgusting or anxious feeling like you get with needles — genuinely life-changing.
2 Less tissue irritation and less lingering soreness.
3 Helps with long-term compliance because it removes the mental barrier of injecting.
4 Excellent results according to blood work.
Cons:
The initial device is a bit pricey, and the ongoing consumables cost slightly more than standard needles. TRT in general isn't cheap though
Anecdotal experience:
I’m 42 now and feel like I’m 25 again. Before TRT, I felt like I was 75 — sluggish, tired, and low energy. This injector made it easy to stay consistent, which I think is a big part of why I’m feeling so good now. Also, it's easier for travelling if I just have carry on because I don't need needles.
Usage tips:
I alternate injection sites between my thighs, quads, and delts.
You can warm the oil slightly before use — not essential, but it helps.
Pain level is about 1–2/10 on my thighs and around 2/10 on my delts. I alternate as I still get a slight corked feeling when I lift heavy at the gym. Less than when I used another medication with IM needles though.
Press the injector firmly — if it hurts while pressing, move slightly to find a less sensitive spot before injecting.
Overall, it’s easy, clean, effective, and I couldn’t recommend it more highly. If you’re hesitant about needles or just want a better experience, this is worth every cent.

Before my friend showing me this product, I almost didnt start my trt treatment. I got the I-comfort IM injector. Im beyond happy now that twice a week i don't have to stress and can easily do my treatments. My dosage is .5ml 2 times a week, so each time I do an injection of .25ml and it works great. One thing I do know teaching thermodynamics is hot always travels to cold so warming up the medicine in warm water before helps the medicine to flow better. I do that and I've never had a problem or discomfort. My kit came with a vile of saline solution, which was great to practice with. Its comforting to try an injection or two without the fear of spilling or wasting your product.
If you are skeptical about needles and want another way, this is the method !!

Amazing device!!
My dog Piper was diagnosed with diabetes three months ago, the vet gave me insulin, syringes and a brief tutorial. Giving Piper insulin shots was stressful for the both of us!! It was painful for him, and stressful for me as the needle would bend, he would move and the syringe would come out resulting in a partial dose, I'd shoot the insulin into the muscle, etc. Piper's blood glucose levels were always in the 300-500 mg/dL range, and I was worried it was never going to come down.
I tried different syringe sizes, injection devices, etc. but nothing helped, until I found the Comfort in needleless injections. After about a week of use, Piper's blood glucose was 112 mg/dL!
The Comfort in delivers Piper's insulin into the subcutaneous space accurately and in a fraction of a second!
The device is phenomenal, and customer service exceeded my expectations, with Hadar always available to answer questions and provide tips, he even put me in touch with another customer who also has a dog that hates injections, and she gave me great tips and was very supportive.
