I travelled from Australia for personalised training with Infinity Paragliding, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Chris, the CFI, was fantastic with communication right from the first email and Zoom call, taking the time to understand my flying background and tailor the training to my needs. When I arrived, both Chris and Jason were patient, kind, and incredibly supportive. Their instruction was clear, safety-focused, and perfectly personalised. I felt completely at ease throughout the training, and they helped me progress confidently to flying inland complex sites. I’m heading home with skills I can use to advance my flying at both coastal and inland locations in Australia. Couldn’t recommend Infinity Paragliding more highly. Outstanding instructors, great communication, and truly expert training.

I can’t thank Chris & Jason enough for their professionalism and teaching methods. I’m a low air time PG3 coastal taught pilot from NSW and spent 2 days with Infinity. Chris worked out where I was at the first morning and was only too happy to help in the middle of a course.It was worth a trip to NZ just for what I got out of that for my confidence and future flying alone.

Having done paragliding training with 2 previous schools in Europe, Infinity is by far my favourite. Chris and Jason were very professional, clear, and knowledgeable. Even though I only did 2 days with them, I feel like I learnt a lot. They did much to boost my confidence and ability flying. If I were starting my flying career again, I would go to these chaps first.

Spent my summer here in queenstown learning to fly with Chris and Jason. I must say that the quality of instructing is excellent and they also prepped me to handle unexpected situations. I'm really glad that I did learn to fly here. It's an epic site to learn flying. Word of note though, the style of learning may not work for everyone, so have a chat with Chris before you sign up to see if this one is for you. I personally had a great time learning here. Thanks Chris and the crew!

I recently completed my PG2 license at Infinity Paragliding School, and it was a fantastic experience. To begin, you learn to fly in a stunning location surrounded by the mountains of Queenstown. On top of that, Chris and his entire team provide a very thorough training, both practical and theoretical, that will bring you to a solid level to fly independently and confidently. This was one of the greatest experiences I’ve could of had. I challenged myself to travel to NZ, find a paragliding school, a place to stay and so on, everything in 6 weeks. It was very exhausting but thanks to the dynamic and professional way of teaching I was able to learn. I really am thankful to have these well experienced mentors who helped me to stay as focused as possible, safety first!! . The price from what I've heard is not the cheapest, but the fresh paragliding students from other schools I've come across definitely seemed less aware of what they were doing in their minds which led to them being less comfortable (Im not a professional just my impression). The maybe a little higher prices partly come down to less students per trainer too. Somedays we were just two or three students so our instructors were fully there for us to brief, debrief and ask questions. I’ve heard stories about schools with more then 12 students… I fell in love with the sport and I just want to say thank you. I appreciate your professionalism.

Highly recommend! The guys at Infinity could not have been any better or more professional with the services they provide. Chris and Jason are very patient with their students and for me was just such a massive help easing me into the world of flying just making sure you’re going at your own pace with just great one on one feedback. I was a little nervous at the beginning but there was no pressure from the guys at any stage and you learn to make clear and precise decisions. The teaching really is top class, the way you come out the other side with such a great and knowledgeable understanding of the not just paragliding but the weather, the landscape and all round aviation really is amazing. We feel fortunate to have chosen Infinity Paragliding to pursue learning the art & craft of paragliding. Chris & Jason worked with us through both the PG1 & PG2 imparting their knowledge, mindset and love for the sport onto us. Both of them are passionate about creating a learning environment that pushed us to become better pilots in all facets, from meteorology to understanding flight rules & landing approaches to the nuances in how to induce & correct wing dynamics. There’s so much to know and learn- I feel as though we’ve only scratched the surface. We’re definitely hooked and are really looking forward to future training and SIV courses with these guys. We feel fortunate to have met many likeminded pilots through the school, and look forward to seeing where the journey takes us. I completed my paragliding pilot’s license at Infinity Paragliding in Queenstown. What an awesome place to learn surrounded by mountains and lakes. Chris, Jason, and Oli are excellent teachers that focused on theory (including meteorology), safety, technique, and most importantly decision making. Their calm and clear instruction and top-notch training equipment made the time learning to fly feel safe and natural. I recommend Infinity Paragliding to anyone that is interested learning the sport.

I recently completed a 3 day SIV course with Infinity Paragliding, and am so thankful to Chris for turning me into a more confident pilot. Infinity provides the highest calibre of teaching in a fun, safe and calm environment, and Chris was extremely attentive to tailoring the course and his instruction to each pilot’s needs and comfort. His wealth of expertise was evident throughout the course, teaching us tons of valuable theory each day through individual and group discussions and detailed video debriefs of our flights.
