I believe Dr Bhal and his team are amazing. From booking my consultations, to having surgery and ongoing aftercare. Infiniti Healthcare have been professional and very efficient. I have seen Kiron Bhal a few times now and feel each visit he gives exceptional service. He is caring and listens to the problems I’m having without rushing me. I’ve also recently had to have a minor procedure and his bed side manner is impeccable.
I would definitely recommend Dr Bhal and his team.

Following a full hysterectomy at the age of 41, I had to endure a few years of an emotional rollercoaster. I felt alone and was desperate for support.
I reached out to Nadia and this is one of the best decisions I have ever made.
Nadia has showed me continuous empathy and understanding and I felt at ease from the outset. Following tests, we agreed having a HRT implant procedure every 6 to 12 months, would be beneficial. Almost immediately, I could feel the benefits. I finally feel like the old me! I feel more energised, brain fog has improved and no more night sweats. Most importantly, my low mood has improved significantly. I also feel loads more energised.

Mr Bhal is always so kind and supportive, I’ve recently had a big surgery by him and throughout the entire process he has been compassionate, kind, genuinely caring and has great patience for all my questions. I cannot thank Mr Preetkiron Bhal enough for the exceptional care he has given me. From my very first appointment, I felt I was in the safest hands.
He is an outstanding gynaecologist who combines exceptional expertise with genuine kindness and compassion. He took the time to explain everything in detail, including my scan results, test results, diagnosis, treatment options, the planned surgery, potential risks and recovery. He never made me feel rushed and encouraged me to ask as many questions as I needed. He listened carefully to all of my concerns and made sure I fully understood every step of my treatment.
I am due to undergo pelvic floor reconstructive surgery together with a hysterectomy, and although it is a major operation, Mr Bhal has given me complete confidence and reassurance. His calm manner, professionalism and caring approach have made a difficult situation much easier to face.
It is rare to find a consultant who is not only highly skilled but also so approachable, patient and genuinely caring. I feel incredibly fortunate to be under his care and would recommend Mr Preetkiron Bhal without hesitation to any woman looking for an exceptional gynaecologist. I attended the clinic in Cardiff Gate and was warmly greeted by the lovely lady receptionist who offered me a tea or coffee while I waited for my appointment.
I was called on time and again greeted with warmth and respect. I was a little nervous but was put immediately at ease with the kindness and understanding from my consultant.
Throughout the appointment everything was explained fully to me and I was given time to ask questions . I highly recommend Infinity Healthcare for their kindness , understanding ,knowledge and professionalism.
