Wonderful. The whole experience with Infinite Comfort was great. Fabio did a great job on a very hard problem. He replaced the heat exchanger under warranty on a Crown Boiler, redid the piping and replaced the water feed and thermostat. Hes really good at diagnosing the problems. Now the Boiler works perfect. Before I had other companies work on it and they made a big mess out of it. He knew exactly every part and how it was supposed to work. I called this company because they are on the list on the Crown paperwork. Lauriele who was my contact at Infunite Comfort was organized and pleasant very professional. I am going to use them to service my furnace on a go foward basis. Now I don’t have to worry about it anymore!

I made several appointments with this company a week in advance and I took off work just for them to tell me they do not serve my town anymore at 8 pm when the appointment was at 8 am . now I sat here all day with promises of them coming just for them not to show up . Very unprofessional if I could give them zero stars I would . DO NOT USE THEM this happened September 30 2026

Fabio is my go-to HVAC contractor. I have an annual service plan with him and call him whenever I need a repair or have an HVAC issue. Over the years, I’ve recommended him to my neighbors, friends, and clients, and he now takes care of many of them as well. His approach to customer service is superb. He is always on time, professional, clean, efficient, and dependable—and most importantly, he gets the job done right. I highly recommend Fabio and his company. I wish them many years of continued success, partly for selfish reasons—I want Fabio to keep taking care of my HVAC system for many years to come!

As always Infinte came through. Fabio did a great job, very courteous, and professional converting the furnace, and going out of his way to do all the extras. Been using Infinte for many years and never a problem. They stand behind all of their work. Thank You Fabio and lauarel for your service.

As always, Fabio is the man . First and foremost, fixes the problem. But beyond that, always takes the time to explain what's going on/how it works.

I had an appointment scheduled on day that is was supposed to rain. Fabio showed up started to look at our hvac system and then it started pouring so he couldn’t finish. He got us in for the following day and then was able to come earlier than scheduled. He arrived and promptly proceeded to finish what he started the previous day, he thoroughly explained what he found and what he was doing to fix it and make our air work again. He was very kind and explained everything so I could understand.

One of our air conditioners stopped working during the recent het wave. Fabio scheduled an appointment and then kept us posted. He actually got to us a day earlier with proper advance notice. He arrived and immediately got to work troubleshooting. He located and explained the problem, detailed what needed to be be done and why. Repair was completed quickly. During the visit, Fabio asked how my son and our new grandson was doing. He shows an interest in his customers. Great guy. Trust worthy.
