I didn't expect to love the infrared sauna as much as I do, but it's quickly become one of my favorite ways to relax and recharge. From the moment I step inside, there's this gentle, soothing warmth that feels completely different from a traditional sauna -- it’s not overwhelming, just deeply comforting. All the modalities at Center for Infinite Transformation help me unwind both physically and mentally. The heat from the infrared sauna, to the PEMF Therapy, Halotherapy (Salt Therapy), Mineral Bath, and the Full Body Red Light Therapy seem to melt away the muscle tension in my shoulders and neck. The experience has become a quiet escape for me -- away from the laptop that I sit at for over eight hours a day, as well as my phone and TV. After spending two hours at the spa, I leave with a sense of balance and calm. I feel like I found Infinite Transformations at a perfect time in my life. As I near retirement, I was looking for a place to help me understand what a meditative experience feels like. Thanks to Lidia, Mike and Nicole for sharing their knowledge and helping me discover such a tranquil and restorative experience.

I recently spent a day at Infinite Transformation and had such a great experience. I’ve known Mike for years through our Chinese energetic medicine training, and I can honestly say he brings a deep level of knowledge, care, and integrity to his work. His partner Lydia is also a truly gifted sound healer, and her work with vibration and frequency adds a beautiful dimension to the space. I purchased a day pass and was able to enjoy several of the therapies including the infrared sauna, soaking tub, vibration frequency mat, oxygen therapy, and massage chairs. By the time I left I felt completely reset. They also offer Qigong sessions, sound baths, and other workshops that give people a chance to experience different healing practices in a really welcoming environment. Another thing I love is that they have a room available for practitioners in the community to rent for their own healing sessions, which is a wonderful way to support other healers and expand what’s being offered in the space. The whole place feels peaceful, welcoming, and clearly created with real intention for healing. Infinite Transformation is a beautiful place to experience qigong, sound healing, and holistic wellness in a truly calming environment.

This place is AMAZING! While visiting a friend I was able to take advantage of their Day Spa pass. It included 4 different therapeutic modalities; 0 gravity massage chair, red light therapy, mineral bath soak, PEMF. I was familiar with the first three but was just learning about the PEMF, which utilizes electro magnetics. I then had a short session with Lidia using sound therapy. They scan you before as well as after, so you can actually see the difference. I didn’t need the final scan to know that I had NO PAIN! That lasted longer than I’d ever experienced before. Both Nicole and Lidia take great care to make sure your body receives what it needs to start the healing journey. They take the time to explain their equipment, your scans and how to move forward. My only regret is that I’m not local or I would be one of their most loyal customers, with a lifetime membership 💜🙌🏽 I have had numerous spine and hip surgeries over the past 50 years, including having majority of my spine fused completely. Along with a diagnosis of Plantar Fasciitis for almost a year. Standard treatments are always more surgery and add drugs. To Nicole and Lidia… you and your Center are indeed a blessing.🙏🏼

After years of suffering with chronic pain and being diagnosed with perfect health from a medical pain specialist I chose to go to The Center for Infinite Transformation. I had researched PEMF. I started on January 2, 2026. The results have been miraculous. After 3 weeks of sessions, I am pain free. My energy is restored, my sleeping improved and I am on the path to being totally restored. My plan now is to add Red Light Therapy. The center has multiple, amazing, alternative healing modalities, classes and events. Be good to yourself and check them out.You will be amazed at the benefits to be achieved on your path to wholeness and healing. Absolutely everyone can benefit from what the Center has to offer. Lidia and Mike are incredibly professional, patient, and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything to us, which made the experience feel both welcoming and educational. There are so many different healing modalities and treatment options to choose from — it truly feels like a wellness sanctuary. My husband and I did a couples healing sound bowl meditation, and we absolutely loved it. He’s a big fan of the cold plunge, and I’ve really enjoyed the Halo Salt Therapy and the Hydrogen Oxygen Inhalation. One thing I especially appreciate is that their salt room doesn’t just use passive salt blocks — they use an active halotherapy machine. This disperses microscopic salt particles into the air, allowing you to actually inhale the therapeutic salt so it can reach deep into the respiratory system, which is far more effective for respiratory health and inflammation support than simply sitting near salt walls. We’re already looking forward to trying the Pressotherapy Lymphatic Drainage and the Zero Gravity Massage Chair on our next visit. So grateful to have this level of wellness so close to home!

I used the PEMF, pressotherapy, red light, and Thai massage setting on the massage chair. While I have used chair massage and red light therapy before. This is the first time that I noticed a difference in my body afterwards. The chair massage actually pulls and stretches your legs. I was able to get release of tension in my back. I noticed diminished irritation of my eczema after red light therapy. PEMF and the lymphatic pressure suit were new for me. I tried them on separate visits. With the PEMF, I could feel the changes in magnetic fields as the program ran. I am looking forward to expiring more programs. The compression suit left me profoundly relaxed and for days I felt lighter and craved healthier choices as a result. Looking forward to future visits!
