I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. A sales rep that fills you up with lies and the product doesn't work. I had them installed March 2024, the installers fell through the ceiling from the attic into my utility room and didnt repair the damage. He tried to repair but did a very very poor job at best. I had to repair ceiling myself. I was in hospital when the install took place and my wife said he tried to repair ceiling but it looks like crap. Then our electric bill went up instead of down. Our bill has never been this high before. I spoke with a 3rd party and was informed that these panels were not putting out the power they should be, and that i should reach out to the company.I reached out to the company to see what they could do with this matter and came up with an energy audit. However the spokesperson for the company was very upset that I had spoken with another party. Did the audit and the spokesperson got back with me and said that they were doing their job. If their job is blocking the sun from my roof, that's all that they are doing. The tax credit is only a credit if you owe taxes. If you never owe taxes, you will never see that $12,000.00.I feel like I've been scammed into these solar panels. Im paying $40,000.00 and my electric bill has never been higher. Very Very Disappointed. Do not Buy

We take every customer concern seriously and appreciate you sharing your experience.
Your system was installed in March 2024. If there was sheetrock damage during installation, we truly regret that occurred. However, we were not notified of any unresolved ceiling issue at the time of installation or shortly thereafter. Learning of this concern nearly two years later is unusual, but we are still willing to review any documentation you may have.
Regarding system performance, we provided you with a detailed energy audit on July 10 outlining your system’s production data and how it compares to design expectations. The data indicates the system is operating as designed. We also recently reached back out and remain open to reviewing the findings again, including incorporating any third-party information you’d like us to consider so we can provide a comprehensive evaluation.
We sincerely apologize if any representative made you feel uncomfortable for consulting a third party. We welcome customers seeking additional opinions and transparency. Our goal is always clarity and resolution.
As for the federal tax credit, at the time of contract signing you acknowledged (both in writing and during your video welcome call) that you would consult your tax professional regarding your individual tax liability and how the credit would apply to your specific situation. The federal tax credit is not a rebate; it is a credit applied against tax liability, and individual circumstances vary.
We understand that rising electric bills are frustrating. In many cases, higher bills can result from increased usage, rate adjustments from the utility, or system downtime if monitoring alerts are not addressed promptly. We are happy to review your usage history again and work through the numbers together.
Our team is available and willing to continue working toward clarity and a solution. Please contact us directly so we can move this conversation forward constructively.

If I could give them zero stars I would. They came out put our solar panels on and we have nothing but problems since. They installed them wrong we have water leaking in our home. They made us get people out there to estimate damage and when we did they did not want to pay it. we have over $10k worth of damages and they only want to pay $3k. This is not the first time their company damaged our house the power box they put in caught on fire. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT STAND BY THEIR WORK Also, just found out that their license was revoked in North Carolina. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY
Infenergy Solar Solutions came by my house and were very professional and very informative! We planned a time for them to come by my house and sit down and quote my windows because my windows are 10 plus years old and have lots of leaks. My wife and I sat down with Gregory and Corey and they gave us tons of information and options on what options to take! Definitely give them a chance if they come by or I even recommend just going ahead and reaching out to them! There prices are fantastic! Thank you Infenergy!
Gregory did a great job quoting our window job. He and Mark were great to deal with, look forward to doing business in the future.
Overpriced for what you get. A lot of the money you’re paying is going to their dealer fees/misc. You would be better off doing some research into what your house needs and pairing up with a local company that doesn’t have high overhead. If you do decide to go with Infenergy don’t expect great customer support once they are done. This company is very much so a fly by the night kinda company. For what i paid them for my original system i could have had a system twice its size for 1/4 the price. Like i said before don't expect the management/ owner to have good communication with you once they finish your install. When i first got my original system i was never told about the possibility to source my own battery directly from the mfg. I was under the assumption that Enphase had a tight dealer network that required you to purchase the equipment from the dealer only. I wish Infenergy told me i could have sourced the battery myself which would have saved me THOUSANDS. I honestly wouldn’t have been so upset with the amount i spent if the system they installed actually did what i was lead on to believe it would do. The whole process i was lead on to believe id have NO electricity bill by the time my system was installed. Wellll I still had an electric bill after the system and it probably lowered my bills by 40%, so yes it did help but i did not live up to the expectations i was told.
The only positive experience i had at this company was Ken. He’s a genuine guy who cares about his work and clients. He’s also just a very nice guy and is the only one I ever had good communication with. This company would operate 1000% better if there were more Ken’s in charge.
TLDR, i do NOT recommend this company.
