Ordered an inspection at 11AM Thursday. Never heard from anyone 27 hours later. I used chat on their site and they said they have no one in the area (Miami) and refunded my money. Wasted my time and now have to wait till dealership opens again Monday and go with another company. Would not use them again.....

Okay, so first and foremost, they did catch some things. They are not all bad; but this is unacceptable what they missed and I found out for myself. They did tell me they would be able to come next-day when I was going to purchase their service, and after I paid, it was postponed for two days before inspection was actually completed. After I had purchased the car and received it based on the information I acquired from their inspection, there are some issues that they did not catch or bring to my attention. To name a few, the headliner of the vehicle is falling, which I got quoted at $650 to repair. The windshield washer pump/hoses are clogged/not working, got quoted roughly $200 to fix this issue. The worst of all, there is a coolant leak. Seems to be coming from engine bay which will cost me hundreds if not over 1000 in repairs. I really hope I don’t come across more as I’ve only had the vehicle for a very short amount of time and keep noticing more… but yeah. I would highly recommend using someone else’s services unless they start doing more thorough inspections.

Hi Austyn, we're sorry you didn't have a great experience.

As discussed on the phone, we did show the headliner falling in the pictures but we should have pointed it out. We also didn't experience issues with the windshield washer fluid during the inspection.

You mentioned that you suspect there is a coolant leak, because there is an odor, but you haven't had it diagnosed/received a quote for the repair. Which means your estimate of "over 1000" is a guesstimate.

Unreliable and poor inspection The mechanic failed to show up on the scheduled day and only gave an excuse about a health emergency after I had to follow up multiple times. Despite finally arriving, the inspection was very disappointing. Major issues like the serpentine belt and brakes were ignored, and the mechanic falsely claimed that the transmission fluid wasn’t accessible. He also failed to check the coolant fluid level properly. The service was unprofessional and a waste of money.

However, the report had at least 2 errors in it, one of which was noting manual transmission whereas the car was automatic. And if you find 2 errors, you begin wondering how many more there may be which you haven't noticed.. Company admitted mistakes but did not offer anything to compensate.

I’m a single mother shopping for a reliable used car for my daughter. Neither of us knows much about cars, and she had worked hard, saving her money, thinking she found a great car at a dealership. The used car salesman insisted the vehicle was in excellent condition and even encouraged me to save my money by skipping an inspection. Thankfully, I trusted my instincts and booked an inspection with this company online. They came out the very next day, and in less than 24 hours I received a detailed, easy-to-understand report — fully color-coded, with clear photos and videos covering every part of the car. What they uncovered was alarming: an engine leak and brake issues, with estimated repair costs exceeding $2,000. As devastating as it was for my daughter, this inspection saved us from a costly and potentially dangerous mistake. What impressed me even more is that they never asked me to leave a review. I actually had to contact Joe myself to request a link so I could share this experience. That alone speaks volumes about their integrity and professionalism. I cannot recommend this company enough. If you’re shopping for a used car and don’t have the knowledge to spot a potential lemon, this service is worth every penny and then some. I live in Alabama. I am looking at buying a vehicle from out of state at a dealership in Houston,Texas. Mark Rivera did an absolutely amazing, awesome and very detailed Inspection of the 2020 Audi A4. He discovered a very concerning issue with the vehicle. 1. Heater not properly working. 2. Low coolant. 3. Smoke coming from the right rear side of the engine. In my opinion all points to a leaking, faulty water pump and thermostat because they are a unit together on a 2020 Audi A4. I would definitely recommended Mark to inspect your used vehicle before you sign those papers.

The inspection was incomplete. Yes they pointed out some stuff that I needed to know but things that you would think are basic in the inspection were not checked. The car was missing the 3 seat belt buckles in the back AND one of the seat belts was non functional plus it was missing 2 head rest in the back as well. NONE of that was on the report. Not only could I have used that to negotiate the price of the car (as they are replaceable parts but now I cannot have people in the car until I buy the replacement parts. On a previous purchase I used Houston First auto inspection and that time they did a great work but they were not available the day I needed the inspection done.

Mike Bell inspected a 2015 Audi q5 3.0t for my son today and boy was it thorough. He was methodical and careful and went through car nose to tail. Simple process highly recommended for anyone looking to buy a used car. Especially In Florida with recent hurricanes and flooded vehicles. I booked an inspection for a car I bought last April (2024). The person who inspected the car missed that the AC is not working. It finally costed me $2000 to get it repaired (both condenser and compressor replaced). I highly recommend that the car be taken to a garage for inspection. To their credit, their communication is great and reimbursed the fee on their part. They also followed up with me on this issue and were very supportive.

I can’t recommend iNeedaPPI enough! My inspector, Munafa, was incredibly thorough while checking out a Mustang I was interested in. He didn't just do a surface check, and he even found a hidden misfire code, spotted exterior damage that had been touched up, and even identified interior modifications that could have caused major electrical or safety issues later on. Munafa’s expertise saved me from any long term cost that otherwise could’ve been prevented. If you want a detailed, honest, and professional inspection, ask for Munafa!

I placed a pre-purchase inspection, and I got the report. The service was very fast and in the same day within few hours which I appreciate I bought the van according to the report, but once i got the van i found a lot of issues which didn’t match the report For example: driver door window has a problem, the report shows it was tested and working well. The passenger seat has a crack, the report didn’t mention that The rear wiper is not working at all, the report shows it was tested and working well. At the end i hope nothing else, otherwise the report will be useless An update: I got a call from them, the costumers service is very very good, appreciate I will change the review to 4 stars
