When I say hands down I will never buy another car without using ineedappi. The evaluation was unbelievably thorough! They even took pics of under carriage and disc brakes! Probably the nicest bunch of guys with an incredible knowledge of cars that helped me to make my car decision. If I could give 6 stars I would.

Can't say this would apply to all inspectors, but the one that came to inspect my car provided incorrect report to the customer. He reported that oil change, new breaks pads and rotors are required, when it was just replaced few weeks prior.

I bought the van according to the report, but once i got the van i found a lot of issues which didn’t match the report
For example: driver door window has a problem, the report shows it was tested and working well.
The passenger seat has a crack, the report didn’t mention that
The rear wiper is not working at all, the report shows it was tested and working well.
At the end i hope nothing else, otherwise the report will be useless

I'm very happy with the pre purchase inspection that was done on the vehicle.I was potentially going to buy. The inspection was very thorough and many things were found on the vehicle, that were flawed or inoperable or broken. There was hidden rust, found there was water damage found.
And some of the electrical accessories did not work. And that particular vehicle that I was interested in was advertised as mint condition rust free, very rare find with low miles. The technician who did the inspection was very good.Very professional very thorough. Best $169. I ever spent.
And I did not purchase the vehicle.Thank you for saving me fifteen thousand dollars. I will be using you again on the next vehicle inspection that I need.

I just used their services three days ago in Phoenix/Mesa AZ. I believe the tech's name was Joe. I used him to check out a truck I was looking to buy. I ordered the inspection online and Joe was there the next morning. He completed a thorough evaluation of the truck and sent me a full report including very specific findings/ concerns/ pictures. I live in Ohio, was considering buying a hard to find car listed in Arizona. Looked great in the photos, description sounded good and the price was reasonable and the dealership had great reviews. I Hired these guys to perform an inspection, and was glad I did. Bought the service at 11am. $170. They arranged an appointment with the dealership at 1pm for the inspection and I had the report by 4pm. I was impressed with the detail and professionalism. Photos and a video included. Turns out the car had many mechanical issues and a lot more cosmetic problems than shown. If you’re considering buying a car from afar, do yourself a favor and hire these guys!

I think it’s important to read any company’s Terms & Conditions carefully before booking.
Following my experience with this company, I sought independent professional advice and was informed that there were valid grounds to raise concerns about how the service was handled. However, due to severe medical reasons and therefore needing to prioritize my health, I was unable to pursue the matter further. This does not change the fact that my experience with the company was unsatisfactory and disappointing.
ORIGINAL REVIEW:
1) iNeedaPPi mobile inspection omitted existing issues, misrepresented the vehicle's condition and reported an existing major issue as a minor issue. iNeedaPPi failed to identify any existing or potential issues that were affecting the car's performance, safety & overall value prior to the car purchase, and therefore, once again, this company passed the car that another company found not roadworthy.
2) This company in my opinion isn't acting ethically by making an incorrect statement. I have shown in person and also by email the supporting documents (proofs) of my claims, which were issued by other reliable companies, and I received this company's email confirmation of the receipt thereof.
3) The excuse is that the website's Terms and Conditions state before placing the order that the services offered are not reliable, accurate, or error-free and offer no guarantees. As a customer who paid dor the inspection, I trusted iNeedaPPi to perform a diligent and competent inspection that could warn me of the existing issues with the vehicle.
4) Apologies for the mistakes, a refund for the inspection and an offer of approx 6 % of all potential expenses, DON'T make up for the thousands of dollars in financial setbacks I would have to spend in repairs or that I will lose by having to sell the vehicle for cheaper.
5) In addition, iNeedaPPi mobile pre-purchase inspection reports DON'T include any signature/identification of a licensed/certified mechanic. That says much.

Used vehicles are always a risk. We do our absolute best to reduce that risk as much as possible for our clients, but the risk is never zero.
We are still waiting (for over a month) for receipts, documents, quotes or anything to support your claims. Without proof of your claims I’m afraid there is nothing additional we can do.
