Chris is a true professional and a skilled craftsman. He called ahead and then arrived on time. Chris listed patiently as I described the problem with our irrigation system. He QUICKLY found the problem, demonstrated to me what was wrong, and provided the repair. He then double-checked the entire system. Before leaving he provided helpful advice on how much time to set for each of the system's zones. Chris' high level of quality customer service is the example for others to follow.
I used them for winterization and opening the system this spring. Their tech was inexperienced and ran into issue with one zone not turning off. He could not figure out which zone it was and recommended me to change all six valves for $1200. When I asked the rationale for changing the whole system - he said that he comes from garage door repair background and thats what they do there. Now they want $245 for opening and backflow testing a system that they have left dysfunctional and closed. Stay away from this company, neither do they train their employees nor do they want to discuss issues with the customers.
Kaleb was fabulous this morning in turning on my sprinkler system for the season. He showed up on time - even early - was professional, efficient and finished the job quickly, but with attention to detail. I greatly appreciate this as I needed to head to work for some important meetings! Thank you for the great service!

Let me start with the office staff; they answer the phone and I get to talk with a Live, knowledgeable, courteous representative. When I am finished I go away with the feeling that they were truly happy that I called them and that they were able to help me!
Today, Kaleb opened and serviced my irrigation system. He gave me a courtesy call when he was on the way and arrived shortly afterwards. He was sharply dressed, friendly, professional and came to work! He told me what he intended to do and made sure that I understood and didn’t have any questions, or concerns! When he was finished he followed up with me, made sure that I was happy and didn’t have anything else that I needed. To put simply, Kaleb was the perfect representative for Indy Irrigation!

We had Austen come to our home today to open up our system. You called ahead of time to let us know he was coming and also called at the end of the job to let us know he had finished. He also set the sprinkler times and stations to what he thought would be best for our lawn which was super helpful to me. Great job Austen! See you in the fall!
Yesterday my irrigation system was started up by Kaleb. He called ahead with an ETA, which I appreciated.
Since I had heavily seeded my yard last fall, I asked to walk the zones with him. He was happy to do so and took the time to mark any heads that needed replacement to improve coverage.
Kaleb was friendly, professional, and clearly knowledgeable about the system. I’m enrolled in their monthly service program, which includes repairs, seasonal open and close, and mid-season adjustments with pressure testing. It’s very reasonably priced, and the service has consistently been excellent.
