This is the first students office that I have ever been to. I went thinking I was going to get a dental cleaning and the dentist pulled three of my teeth, then was telling me about all these partials and things that I didn’t even want and here I am still three missing teeth. I have trouble eating and I have to get another this to fix all of this. Do not go here you’ll be very sorry if you do.
Absolutely terrible. I don’t know how this place can have such high reviews. A small bit of my tooth fell off so I went there and they told me I needed 2 root canals. I got a root canal on one of those teeth and it was done so poorly that I had to go back and get another. That one also failed and I ended up getting a tooth infection. When I went there they said I needed to pull out my tooth because I had a broken root. They pulled out my teeth and “put in” anesthesia. It wasn’t even strong enough and when they pulled out my teeth it hurt so bad I thought I was going to throw up. Fast forward a month and I go in for a check up and they say I need ANOTHER root canal AND I need to get my tooth pulled out because there was a “visible root”. Today I go in to get my “visible root” pulled out. You would think they would take some tweezers and yank it out because it would’ve grown through my gums or something. They cut open my gums and dug around with anesthesia and there WAS no root. This place keeps scamming you and they have a history of taking advantage of people who can’t speak English well. DON’T COME HERE!
The staff at Indy Dental takes super good care of me, my wife, daughters, and now even my grandkids. Dr Lewis - Miller has been treating me for 20 plus years and are fantastic at keeping all of my teeth intact and the latest technology in same day crowns. Plus her new scan machines do everything in record time with minimal pain! (Just the numbing shot, Ha!) I’m a believer in Indy Dental
I have always had anxiety about dental work but Indy dental group has changed that for me. The staff is so friendly and walk you through every step to help you feel comfortable. Pricing is fair and explained beforehand. I finally feel relieved that I’ve found my dental group, I’ll never go anywhere else!
I am so glad I found this place! After struggling to find a dentist, my insurance company actually recommended Indy Dental Group to me. I needed some fillings done and was super anxious, but Dr. Lawson and her staff assured me that I'd be okay. Even after feeling a little lightheaded and queasy, the team was ready with a cool washcloth and a trash bin just incase I passed out and/or got sick. Dr. Lawson explained what she was doing and frequently checked up on me to make sure I was doing okay. I definitely recommend this place, especially if dental procedures make you anxious!
After being butchered by a dentist in WA state, hadn't been back to see a dentist in 3 years. We landed in Carmel IN last year and finally started making calls to find a dentist that I thought would take good care of me. I ended up talking with Nicole who understood exactly what I needed and said Dr. Lawson and Erin would be awesome in my treatment. Only because of Nicole did I even set foot in this place. We got my numbing issues figure out by trial and error which they happily and patiently took their time figuring out so I wasn't uncomfortable and screaming cuss words for all to hear. Took numerous visits and time, but my cavities are fixed and my crowns are replaced and I now have a dentist that I can go to knowing I don't have to be afraid. If you have issues like me, Call and talk with Nicole and tell her you'll have what Cindy had!
I have been coming here for years but this latest experience was not the best. I came in and needed a regular teeth cleaning and was serviced by Shayla and Dr. Louis. This is my first negative impression on the staff here and from this visit the hospitality was awful. I made an appointment to come in a couple of days later to get some cavities filled and was serviced by Dr.Lawson and Courtney and my experience was 1000 times better. If I do come here I would definitely recommend them because not only were they friendly they made my visit more pleasant and I am very appreciative for that.
