Good facility but they allowed in too many people for open play and the wait was a very long time between games. They also didn’t force out the people who were from a previous session. It is also so very loud in there that you can’t hear the score being called by anyone. Some acoustic dampening might be helpful as well as need AC. It got hot in there even on a winter day with rain.

We had a birthday party here at indoor pickleball X for a large group of people and the staff Chanytell and Mateo helped run everything. They were fantastic. Coach Glenn helped the newbies learn the game of pickleball. All in all these staff members helped to give us a wonderful birthday party experience.

IPX features 9 indoor, climate-controlled courts and is OPEN 24/7! Equipped with high resolution cameras that can record your games! It offers open play, leagues, clinics, and events (birthday parties, team building, etc). It is the home of the Aces (East Bay Aces)! The owner goes around to play too, a kind gesture to socialize. They have friendly staff that loves to play pickleball! They offer coaching for beginners and also for players who want to elevate their games. These coaches are DUPR rated and won several medals on both local and PPA tourneys. They are already planning tournaments, open play for the coming holidays, NYE and valentines! Definitely a great facility for indoor pickleball. There are 9 courts for playing and it's open 24/7. Lots of good players at different skill level. Staff are super friendly and most are avid players!

Nice players. Different levels. Clean courts. Fun! What else could you want?! In general, this facility is organized and the process for paddles is clear. Most importantly, everyone is extremely friendly and you feel welcome regardless of what level you play. I would recommend anyone to visit this facility. Come through and have fun!

Indoor Pickleball X in Concord is such a solid spot, especially as the weather gets colder. They’ve got 10+ courts, clean restrooms, professional nets, and a mini pro shop for anything you might need. One thing I really appreciate is the court lines — no skidding at all, which makes a huge difference when you’re moving fast. But the real highlight here is the community. Super fun, welcoming, and collaborative staff and members that make it easy to jump in and enjoy the games. Great energy all around and feels well-run. Highly recommend checking it out if you’re looking for a legit indoor place to play and meet good people 🙌🎾
