They are professional, courteous, friendly, and responsive. The technician that came to my home was wonderful. But nearly 600 bucks to diagnose and replace a broken thermostat that took 45 minutes is a lot. I had a licensed and insured electrician in my home for 4 hours who was crawling through the attic, working around my clutter, and tracing wires only charge me $630. I'm going to have to look for a new hvac company to service my heater because I can't afford their rates.

Had a great experience with these guys when looking to replace our AC unit. They provided several options and honest feedback on our current system and what was truly needed. Something small, but their communication system and real time tech tracker is pretty slick! We highly recommend them!

Chris Estrada was my service technician to inspect and service my AC system on 06/09/26. The AC system had been installed by Indoor Air Technologies back in July 2025, so this was the first maintenance performed on the AC system since the initial installation. I found that Chris was very thorough in doing this work and very knowledgeable of the installed system, and did an excellent job. Highly recommend to others.

December 2025, technician Will did a professional job on heating system maintenance. Knowledgeable, efficient and helpful suggestions.Diagnostic visit was professional, informative and timely. 2024-Technician Gabriel exhibited excellent communication skills, technical knowledge and customer service. His proposal for a fix and joining the membership program was reasonable and we accepted.

I placed an emergency for my AC. I had water on the floor and placed a call to Indoor Air and the service said Jeremiah would be there between 7and 9pm. I looked outside after 6pm and he was already outside my house. He saw the problem right away and fixed it. This company employs nothing but the best and knowledgeable employees.
