I’ve had such a wonderful experience Indigo’s Frederick office. Riley, the receptionist, is always so welcoming and kind :) I see Dr Madison and seriously can’t say enough great things about her! She has been working with me to strengthen and fix the pain in my pelvic floor and I’ve experienced such great results since going. The staff is truly wonderful and I would recommend anyone considering PV therapy to absolutely choose Indigo and Dr Madison. Oh and did I mention the heated toilet seats? Life changing🤩

I had a prenatal massage with Cat Rizziello in Frederick Location and it was amazing , she is so gentle and professional, super nice person and have a great knowledge, also she don’t miss nothing always explain you everything, i highly recommend her!

So I had appt scheduled with this horrendous place. This was supposed to be a relaxing treat for me as a recently had my son and it was a high risk early induction. In the time since I had made this appt my mother in law found out she had breast cancer. Between this news work and a newborn this appt was the furthest thing from my mind. Instead of trying to work with us they charged us for the full appt even though we unfortunately would not be able to make it. I will never do any business with them again. Shame really as it is close to my work and likely would have made further appts. I would have happily paid a cancellation fee but the full fee is outrageous. It really doesnt seem to be me they care much for new mothers and extenuating circumstances but rather the money they can make.

My wife originally found Indigo as a place to go for post partum massage services. She immediately fell in love with Cat's work and attitude toward massage. I was initially bummed to hear she found someone so great because on the website the services appear specifically tailored to women. However, while she was there she found out that they also offer services to men as well! I booked a session soon after and we both have been seeing Cat about once a month for the past four months. She takes the time to sit with you and hear your specific concerns and goals and then comes up with a specific plan for you that can be tracked across sessions. Both my wife and I noticed a huge improvement in problem areas after one session and have been able to focus on maintenance and some recurring chronic issues.

I have had two massages by Cat Rizziello at the Frederick location of Indigo. The atmosphere of her room is very peaceful and calming. She asks a lot of details so she can adequately treat you as a whole person. Cat has the mindset and touch of a healer. She is skilled in several different modalities and calls on those skills and techniques as needed. I’ve had many massages in my life and none of the others even come close. Be sure to arrive early to truly settle in before she starts. You’re going to want to savor this!

I went to Indigo more than 2 years after my son was born because I was experiencing pelvic floor issues. I worked with Andrea Eisgruber, and she was able to guide me through PT exercises that helped me strengthen my pelvic floor issues. She made me feel comfortable and was always welcoming. Some exercises are completed in your physical therapist's office, while others are done in their workout area.

It’s kind of scary dealing with such personal concerns, which is probably why I waited so long to find a pelvic floor PT. I started seeing Dr. Michelle Komrower at the end of my pregnancy. She made me feel so comfortable and helped me immensely even in my first appointment. After a couple of appointments I am in such a better place physically and mentally, and I’ve learned so much about my body/pelvic floor. Thank you Michelle!

I had a wonderful experience at Indigo working with Dr. Maliha Khan! After having my second baby, she worked with me to strengthen my pelvic floor muscles and work through a hip injury that I've been struggling with for decades (literally). The office is modern and clean, and the staff is incredible! Knowledgeable and professional, I would definitely recommend Dr. Khan and the entire Indigo team.

I love Erica! She is great and easy to work with. She always makes me feel really at ease and offers personalized feedback for my goals. She has a lot of experience and expertise, but is also really relatable. I came here after wanting a change from the prior PT I was using. Erica asked what wasn't working for me with the therapist at a different practice and immediately made sure to customize her program to meet my needs. I'm really excited to keep working with her!

I have both amazing personal and professional experience with Indigo! I was a patient myself postpartum and now send all of my clients to them. Pelvic PT is incredibly intimidating for many people to start and the providers at Indigo make it incredibly easy. They are warm and trauma informed (important to me as a mental health provider). Also important, the clinic is designed for maximised comfort and privacy.

Finding Dr Mandy Rose has been a godsend! She is passionate about her work and it shows in her professional, warm and empathetic approach to working with me. I love how she approaches a client ‘s issues by doing a deep dive and really listening to you as an individual, trying to really figure out what works best for you. I can’t thank Carlie, at the front desk, enough for helping battle my insurance to be reimbursed. Indigo files claims as a courtesy. This maybe common amongst most PT providers. What is not common is for Carlie to spend time on the phone week after week with my insurance because at times, insurance would only speak with the folks at Indigo. She and Dr.Khan spent the better part of a month filling out paperwork, calling and advocating. This is extraordinary dedication and compassion to help me return to care.

I was very hesitant to find a PFPT, thinking "I'm doing fine" and also didn't want to wait months for someone who was under insurance. BUT OMG, do it! Make the booking, start your journey. Dr. Erica was so honest with where I was at, gave lots of kudos, was flexible with scheduling, worked me hard, but I only needed 4 sessions! They use an easy to download and follow app that can set reminders and mark off what you've done. I was able to start my normal exercise routine safely and sooner than expected. The office itself is clean, front desk staff is kind and communicative, parking was easy in Mosaic Location. Frankly, worth every penny for my health and sanity. Dr. Erica is also a new mom, so she totally gets it! Why are you still reading my review, GO BOOK NOW! :)

Stumbled upon Indigo and Medina after being in desperate need for relief from chronic neck pain and headaches and I’m now a client for life. Medina is the kindest most compassionate massage therapist who really listens to my needs and addresses my concerns at every visit. She goes above and beyond to provide resources outside of our monthly sessions to make sure I’m incorporating pain relieving techniques into my daily routine.
