This salon has great, friendly vibes! Craig is highly skilled and experienced, and does a fantastic job cutting and styling both me and my partner’s thick wavy heads of hair! Really listens to what you want which in my case is a lot of layers and a bit of length taken off, resulting in a low maintenance but very stylish haircut every time. We are very happy repeat customers!
Donna is lovely, in fact all the staff I met with were. I really appreciate the time she took to listen to what I wanted, and make sense of my description!

Went on Tuesday, I'm new to Edinburgh and picked Indigo because of its great reviews. Although the staff were friendly and professional, I left with a haircut I did not want. I think my stylist could tell by my face I was not happy. I admit, I said everything was fine at the time, because I knew there was no way to undo what had been done. It was cut shorter than I wanted, I got a diagonal fringe when I said I didn't want one, and I asked for something that would not require styling every day and it definitely requires styling. Unfortunately, I will have to go elsewhere to get it fixed.

While I’m glad you found the team friendly and professional, it’s clear the final result wasn’t what you had asked for or expected. It’s completely understandable that once hair is cut, it can feel difficult to speak up in the moment.

I had a very bad experience at Indigo Hair and Beauty. The service did not meet my expectations at all, especially considering the price I paid. I left feeling disappointed with both the customer service and the overall result.

I was in the area for an event, Craig managed to squeeze me in at very short notice for a wash cut and blow dry. He did a fabulous job! Very efficient, professional and accommodating, made me feel really welcome. Highly recommend
Donna did a excellent job on my eyelash tint and eyebrow wax. I had a bad experience with my last eyelash tint at another salon and I was wary of getting them tinted again.
Definitely would recommend her!

Craig was amazing he has done a great job and made my daughters feel at ease, he took his time and done mine and my daughters haircuts very well and gave me recommendations for products and all this at a reasonable price thank you so much!
Craig and Donna were amazing, I had an event later in the day and they completely transformed my hair! Went above and beyond to make my hair look special for my event and also added on treatment I hadn’t paid for but was much needed! I cannot recommend these fun kind and talented souls enough!
