Tommy was professional and sympathetic, he did a beautiful job with my wavy bob. I have been visiting Indigo several times and had my hair cut by a few of their stylists and have always been happy with the result.

Not one too complain however the salon where aware i had a weave however when i got there the stylist didn't know i had a weave even though it was apparently in my notes. She started my hair anyway, i left the salon and my extensions were still damp and bushy. She told me she didn't have time to wave it which was fine but i expected to have it at least straightened after having it washed. Ive never left a hairdressers with my hair feeling damp and bushy before very disappointed as i paid full price for a blowdry that wasn't dried properly. I didn't want to make a fuss in the salon because as soon as i walked in it was negative vibes, from being told “ i dont know if i will have time to do your hair “ my appointment shouldn't have been taken on if there was no time.

Hi Kathy, sorry to hear you did not have a favourable experience at the Salon. We pride ourselves on good service (and good vibes) so I am genuinely disappointed you feel we didn’t match the energy test. It is important to note that it was your first visit to the Salon and we accommodated a same day booking from you a few hours prior to your appointment. Having booked a shampoo and blowdry with us we did our best to complete the service for you in the available time but, having not been aware of your hair extensions or wish to have your hair straightened this did make it challenging to achieve your desired look in the time available to us. I regret we were unable to straighten your hair due to a further appointment immediately after yours but I am aware your profile with us has since been updated to reflect your hair length for future bookings. We are a small but dedicated team who are passionate about our work and criticisms are often a hard read, but rest assured we take your comments on board and will be sure to reflect on how best to migrate such a scenario in the future. I look forward to welcoming you back to the Salon soon in order to showcase our incredible team and their work.
