Tadoba Tiger Reserve
My family and I visited Tadoba Tiger Reserve. Anurag and team were fantastic. He guided me to the best reserve for the rainy season and basically took over - from Airport pickup to Airport drop - for a truly turnkey experience. The place of stay, the food requirements, the guides and the naturalist were picked to serve our interests. It made for a truly exceptional experience. We will work with Anurag for our future trips.

I've been doing jungle safaris with Tigerwalah for nearly a decade now. Some years, I end up visiting multiple jungles, and every trip brings its own collection of stories, tiger sightings, lessons from the wild, and memories that stay long after the dust settles. But this past week felt different. When Anurag described Sanjay Dubri, he promised a slow, unhurried, immersive experience in a beautiful wilderness. And he absolutely delivered. Sanjay Dubri is stunning—endless sal forests, expansive grasslands, and an abundance of tiger sightings. The safaris were refreshingly unrushed. More often than not, it felt like it was just our jeep and the jungle. The tigers were remarkably relaxed, allowing for incredible close encounters, and occasionally reminding us who was in charge with a low growl or two. What stood out most was the experience itself. Every detail was thoughtfully curated and flawlessly executed—the kind of seamless experience that Tigerwalah has consistently delivered over the years. AMAZING EXPERIENCE AT CORBETT NATIONAL PARK
This was our 3rd safari with Tigerwalah and there will definitely be many many more with them. We booked safaris at the Jim Corbett National Park. The entire experience, from booking, to the pick up, and the actual safari was very smooth, pleasant and thoroughly enjoyable. I have seen that the drivers and the guides, attached with Tigerwalah, are very knowledgable, they kept all of us in great humour and made the safaris very enjoyable for all of us, including the children! They also have a 6th Sense for the Tigers! Ranthambore before this was Awesome! Jim Corbett has been awesome as well! Strongly recommend to all!
India what an incredible place!
I travelled to India to seek out the elusive Snow Leopards of the North and to see for the first time tigers in the wild. Anurag helped me achieve this. We went to the Northern part of India, Ladakh to experience the incredible mountain landscape, the people and the animals that live in it. Then from there to 5 national parks in the East and Central India. We flew several times, had an overnight train trip, hung out with guides and drivers, marveled at the animals and birds that we saw. Anurag has a very calm presence, an "I will get this organised chaos" sorted and a love of wildlife and a love of watching us (the tourists) experience these beautiful moments. Myself and the other people who were on the tours got to see and experience many amazing things. Thank you Anurag
Lifetime experience
Thank you once again for this amazing wildlife experience! I was traveling solo as woman and felt every single minute safe. I had such a great experience, all accommodations were very nice, clean and the food was insane. It was very delicious. The safaris were an absolute highlight of all the safaris I did so far. I travelled from Panna to Kanha, Pench and Tadoba. In every park I saw a lot of tigers. It was a very nice experience, and one of my biggest wishes came true. The tour operator was always informed about my sightings, every day I got detailed informations for the next day, so I had to worry about absolutely nothing. I was lucky and blessed to see a lot of wildlife including tigers, sloth bears, deer, birds, leopards and a lot of more animals. Thanks you for this one in a lifetime experience ! I will definitely book another trip with you!
A Wonderful Introduction to the Wildlife of India
We were on a group trip coordinated through Anurag and Tigerwalah and had the BEST time and experience. Anurag safely guided us through wide swaths of the country from the mountains in the north, through the far east, through central India. He has an deep knowledge and understanding of the country, the culture, the people, the food, and the animals - sharing as much as he could over our monthlong journey through the country. I will be back to visit more of India some day and look forward to the support of Tigerwalah and Anurag in planning and executing my trip.
Bandhavgarh & Kanha - Central India Tiger Trip 2026
I recently did a wildlife trip to Bandhavgarh and Kanha, and honestly, it turned out to be one of my best experiences in the wild. A big part of that goes to Tigerwalah and Anurag for putting everything together so well. Right from the start, the planning felt smooth and reassuring. Nothing felt rushed or unclear. The stays were a great call too. Aranyak in Bandhavgarh and Chitvan in Kanha were both comfortable, well run, and had that perfect jungle feel after long safaris. The safaris themselves were where everything really came together. We had 9 safaris, all in core zones, and each one was well coordinated. The drivers and guides were excellent. They knew the forest, understood animal movement, and were clearly passionate about what they do, which made a big difference. We ended up having 14 tiger sightings across 12 different individuals, which is still hard to believe. Definitely one of my best trips so far. What I appreciated the most was how smoothly everything worked. From safari planning to transfers, it all just flowed without any stress or last-minute confusion. That kind of execution really stands out. Anurag was always available and involved, making sure things stayed on track and stepping in whenever needed. If you are planning a wildlife trip, especially to tiger reserves, I would strongly recommend Tigerwalah. It just makes the whole experience better. Thanks again, Anurag. I had always wanted to see Tigers in the wild and after some careful research decided to use Tigerwalah for this part of our India trip. So glad we did. Anurag was our contact and he was excellent - he responded quickly to our queries and helped guide us as to the different offerings. We booked 4 nights in Kanha, staying at The Bagh, Kanha. Tigerwalah arranged the hotel (full board) the transfers from Jabalpur airport to the hotel and back, and the requested safari's. Everything went as planned. Anurag WhatsApp'd a week beforehand checking everything was on schedule and sent details of the driver the morning before with all the details you needed. The Safari's themselves were excellent with 4 tiger sightings, 1 sloth bear and numerous birds and other animals. The whole experience exceeded our expectations. Despite being in the UK dealing direct with Tigerwalah in India was no problem. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking to see Tigers in India. We are already thinking of our next trip and will definitely be using Tigerwalah. Thanks again Anurag for making this an excellent stress free experience.
Amazing experience
Great experience in Pench National Park through Tigerwalah. The contact beforehand with Anurag went smoothly and Ruturaj was my contact person on location. They responded quickly, thought along with me, and the experience was incredibly beautiful. Moreover, they offer an excellent price-quality ratio. Just got back from Ranthambore and I’m still buzzing! Huge thanks to Tigerwalah for making this trip so smooth and successful. Ranthambore can be a bit of a gamble with the zones and crowds, but team really knows the park's layout and tiger movements. Our guides were total pros - we spent our time at the right spots at the right times, and it paid off with some unreal tiger sightings against that stunning fort backdrop. The team also handled all the Jeep logistics perfectly, so we could just enjoy the park and the wildlife. If you’re heading to Ranthambore and want the best shot at seeing a tiger, definitely go with Tigerwalah.
Tigers and a fantastic trip
We came to India for five weeks and asked Tigerwalah to coordinate transportation and hotels for most of that time. The trip was arranged according to our schedule preferences and we were able to plan portions of the trip ourselves, but when it came to Rajasthan, it was all the Tigerwalah team. The hotel choices offered were terrific and we enjoyed all our stays. Our personal driver was fabulous (thank you, Sangram.) He made certain the trip was smooth and took care of our needs. I am a photographer so he was good about stopping the car so I could get my shots. Throughout the trip Anurag at Tigerwalah was available to address any glitches or answer any questions. A high point of the trip was a three day safari at Ranthambore National Park. The Rann Baagh Resort was clean and modern and a wonderful place to return to after our safaris. And we saw 9 tigers!

Our first trip to Ranthambore. I was in touch with Anurag of Tigerwalah. We were not sure of the hotel, not sure if we can see a tiger, not sure if we could manage the cold, was not comfortable with jeep rides, was not comfortable with the dust and the works. Yet all these apprehensions were answered so peacefully by anurag of Tigerwalah. he sent us FAQ, he told us exactly what can we expect. He was clear “Do not assume you will get to see a tiger - it depends on your luck, but there is a very good chance to spot a tiger.We checked into the hotel, most of our apprehensions were settled, it was superb place, amazing food, rooms are so exquisite. We stayed in Tigeress - one of the best properties. The music, the chill of 4 degree centigrade, the hospitality of the staff, and top end food.We nervously started our first Safari, and in the end of the Safari Saw Santoshi the majestic tiger for a good glimpse, it just passed by like a leader. The second safari of Day 1, it was about to get over, the mother appeared from the ruins of the compound wall, strode with the humming jeep for over 6 minutes, as the camera clicked, our silent phone just made a video and saw the spectacle. The same repeated in the next 2 safaris. The last one was the ‘heaven on earth’. Our jeep was alone, 4 of us of a family. The king stood, exactly in front of the jeep. Gazed at us, as we captured the video. He led us as a leader, as we hummed slowly behind - this went on for over 10 minutes as he marked his territory. Then he gave way, and we could reach the bay.Peacocks, beautiful monkeys are almost visible like normal people strolling next to you. the Ranthambore fort could have been kept lot more cleaner. Have been to Kenya safari, have travelled enough, but this trip was special - thanks to Tigerwalah, thanks to Anurag. Each of the jeep drivers were rock stars. Wonderful Safari Experience
Tigerwalah planned and organized a 6-day private trip for us in Ranthambore and Bharatpur parks. Right from get-go, we had an amazing experience. Anurag was on the ball, responded to email promptly and always answered our questions with honesty without ever exaggerating or promising things that one could not deliver. Every detail from the pick-up from the airport to selection of safari vehicles was organized with attention to every detail. Our guide in Ranthambore was one of the best and while we diid not encounter a tiger on every safari, we three quality sightings. Bharatpur turned out to a bit less exciting, primarily because of unseasonal rains and foggy atmosphere. Regardless, it was fun to see so many flocks of migratory birds coming all the way from Siberia to inner Mongolia. Anurag's selection of hotels ands lodges was exactly in line with our expectations. Kaziranga Sanctuary with Tigerwala
We were lucky to have had an opportunity to visit Kaziranga sanctuary in Dec 2025 with Anurag.As always, meticulously planned trip with excellent resorts, guides and vehicles, we had a marvelous time with excellent sightings.Can't wait for the next trip with Anurag Tigerwala.
