Yesterday, I visited Indiana Periodontics for a second time. I underwent a surgical procedure that some might consider to be a major process. The surgery was painless! The bedside manner of both Dr. Kristin (Jackson) and her assistant was literally the best I have ever encountered. They put me at ease and between my joking and lightheartedness and theirs, I really didn’t feel like I underwent oral surgery. After the surgery, and today so far I have not felt any residual pain. Did she really operate on me? Haha. The office staff is very pleasant to talk to as well. I cannot recommend Dr. Jackson’s services enough!
My parents went in for their consult appointment on Tuesday and they absolutely loved Dr. Jackson. He explained everything very thoroughly. My parents were going to a different perio office in Columbus for over 10 years and after their Dr retired and new management came in we started getting mistreated and decided it was time to look for a new office.. Indiana periodontics was referred to us by my parents General Dentist and I immediately made an appointment and we are so happy we did. My parents said that from the moment they walked in they felt so welcomed. My mom is extremely nervous when it comes to procedures but she said she welt very comfortable and not nervous with Dr. Jackson. They have a little bit of a drive but we are so willing to do it for this office. If you are looking for a new Perio office don't second guess it and book your Appointment. :)
This is literally the best place. I wish they could be my actual dentist. Every person in there is kind and gentle 💛 I couldn’t recommend this place enough. They took the time to answer all of my questions each time I’ve gone. I’ve never felt rushed. I’ve always felt heard and cared for. They’re real people, which this world needs more of in the medical field (in my experience of course) 💛 THANK YOU 🙏
