Dr. Fagin and his staff were amazing. I worked with a Nicole and another young woman (I didn't get her name - 1 p.m. EST appointment). Nicole made sure that all of the equipment was working correctly so my eye exam would be accurate. Dr. Fagin took extra time with me and updated both my prescription and diagnosis and gave me a handout with extremely useful advice. Thank you!
