My diesel ever kept dying on interstate 40. Googled “best diesel repair near Crossville Independent Auto and Diesel was the first listed. Gave them a call “sure we can work on it “. Their shop was about 30 miles away. No one else listed could work on diesel rv. Called towing companies near Crossville No one could tow me to Independent Auto am Diesel. Explained to them what it was doing and they said probably wouldn’t hurt it to drive to their shop going easy. Got on the interstate and decided as long as it was running ok Iwas going Togo as far as possible since it was after their closing time. Luckily I made it home. Independent called to check on me the next morning What a great bunch of guys. I wish I had more stars to give them. Thanks fellas

I had a diagnosis from another shop that didn’t sound right, so I brought my truck to Independent for a second opinion. The other shop said I needed to replace all eight injectors and said that was definitely the problem. Independent did a thorough inspection of the entire truck and determined it was the turbo that was causing the problem. I had to make a decision on who I should trust, and I decided on Independent. I let them replace the turbo and complete some of the issues I wouldn’t do myself. They completed everything a day earlier than they had estimated. I’ve been driving the truck for two days so far and the issue I had is gone. The truck is running so good now that I want to drive it more. Independent guaranteed their work for 2 years and I am confident that they will stand behind their work. I will say I have found a shop that I can trust to do the right job and not sell me work I don’t need.

I went to a few shops and none of them could tell me what was wrong until I dropped it off at Independent auto and diesel. They sent me a complete breakdown of what was good and what needed to be fixed, which was great. They also completed my fixes in a timely manner and also picked me up to bring me to.my vehicle after it was completed. Would recommend to anyone!!!!
