My father booked us a trip with In Our Nature for several days in April for his birthday weekend wanting to see wolves. We were assigned with Cara for the trip and could not be happier with our experience! We saw a whole variety of flora and fauna and the landscapes are next level. Cara was super knowledgable, professional, and just overall a wonderful human. I don't think I could ever want to book with another guiding service after the overwhelmingly positive experience this was for me and my father. We learned and experienced so much and are already thinking of when we want to go back out again. Cara, we cannot thank you enough! We hope to be booking with you guys again in the future!

Cara and Hannah guided us for 5 days through the northern ridge of Yellowstone and it was a life-changing experience! They are both so knowledgeable and made the experience so fun and exciting. They had coffee and snacks for us everyday, had a loose itinerary that allowed us freedom to watch the animals and still have time to enjoy the scenery, grab lunch at reasonable times, and learn from some incredible scientists. Highly recommend them, and can't wait to book a backpacking trip with them!

Back for a second time! This is our second year on this trip! In Our Nature does a great job of getting you out to the wild life and then explaining the animal behaviors you are seeing. On each trip we added a little adventure the second day. Snowshoeing on our first trip and then a great hike up Junction Butte on the trip this year. You cannot go wrong with Cara or Hannah!

My family and I visited Yellowstone just before Christmas and loved every moment! Visiting the park this time of year was so special, minimal crowds and snow throughout the park made us think why more people weren’t at Yellowstone this time of year! Our lovely guide, Hannah, was the best guide ever! Her wealth of knowledge didn’t go unnoticed (especially about wolves) and it was excellent to learn about everything Yellowstone has to offer and spot some awesome wildlife such as moose, wolves, coyotes and much more! Each morning equipped with delicious snacks and a lovely option of tea, coffee or hot chocolate by Hannah ( The best barista in Yellowstone) we would highly recommend Hannah, and In our nature guiding services.

So happy I found In Our Nature guiding service! I travelled alone to Yellowstone and wanted to do some hiking. Hannah my guide was the perfect companion for what I wanted to do with my time in the park. My goal was to see a bear and we saw two! I also wanted to do a hike which Hannah organized and was a great guide - super knowledgeable about animals as well as the landscape. Highly recommend!

I spent a week with Cara in November watching wolves. It was amazing. Cara knows Yellowstone as well as the animals that call it home so well. We were able to see wolves 4 out of the 5 days, AMAZING!!! Cara also took us on some beautiful hikes and gave us an opportunity to see so much including bison, elk, coyotes and Trumpeter Swans. I highly recommend her and hope to go back for more.

Wonderful Wolf Experience I spent a week in Yellowstone with Cara watching wolves. It was amazing. Cara is very knowledgeable not only about wolves but other species that call Yellowstone home. She has a great grasp on the history of Yellowstone as a park and the re-introduction of the wolves. We got to see bison, elk, pronghorn and coyotes as well as other interesting aspects of the park. I highly recommend Cara if you are travelling to Yellowstone and want to see its amazing wildlife.

Normally, I don't go for private nature tours in national parks if I think I can DIY or latch onto a ranger-led tour. But I won this opportunity to spend a half day hiking with In Our Nature and boy, did I WIN! Cara did a fabulous job of finding a hike that fit with our logistics, capabilities, and interests for my 30-something daughter and me. We saw wildlife signs and critters we wouldn't have seen otherwise, were treated to geological exposures that were almost as impressive as the Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone, explored a part of the park that we might not have otherwise, got a sense of how indigenous folks would have used the land before Anglo-Europeans arrived. Cara also gave us hints for the rest of our time in the area. Next time I'm in northern Yellowstone, I'll find In Our Nature. My only hint is to book early for the summer season.

The purpose of my visit to Montana was to photograph the wildlife in Yellowstone National Park. I researched various tour companies, but I kept finding In Our Nature as the tour company to sign up with, and I was not disappointed. Hannah was my guide, she picked me up on time at my stay in Gardiner, asked my interests, and we set out for the Hayden Valley area of the park. We immediately saw bison, heard wolves were in the area, saw a fox, a couple of coyotes, grizzly bear, great grey owl, pronghorns, elk, and a pika. On our way back, we stopped off to photograph the waterfalls. Finally, Hannah brought snacks, hot beverages, and lunch. It was incredibly appreciated! You will not be disappointed with this tour company!

Our awesome trip What an amazing trip we had with In Our Nature Guide Service. We booked 3 days for the Wolves and Wildlife Tour and it turned out to be everything we could’ve hoped for. So much wildlife, wolves, grizzlies, coyotes, bison, elk, pronghorn, and mule deer. We also viewed all the key spots that we wanted to see such as the Grand Canyon of Yellowstone, Dunraven Pass and a number of geothermal’s,But the true star of the show was our guide Hannah. Her knowledge not only of wildlife, but the history of Yellowstone truly made our trip a trip of a lifetime and many lasting memories. I wish I was still there!

We saw it all - Cara and Hanna are great guides. Their knowledge of the park and the animals makes them the best Wow, we can't say enough good thing about Cara and Hannah. They provided three days as our guide through Yellowstone. We started each morning about 6am and finished up about 9 hours later. The morning were the best time to see the animals that included two different packs of wolfs, multiple grizzly sittings include some cubs with mom. Of course, lots of bison, elk and pronghorn. We had some black bears just to make sure we saw multiple species of bears. We got back in some of the canyons and found longhorn goats and mountain sheep. Even found a couple cayotes that were hunting. They would stand still then dive nose first into the ground, just like on TV - very cool. One morning we had really good luck spotting several grizzly bears. As we continued down the road, we found a female moose and her boyfriend. A little later, out of the brush came another male moose and we actually saw the two males butt heads and antlers at each other. If course the female just wondered off into the underbrush. On a couple of days Cara and Hannah we able to find a couple of bald eagles for use to get some pictures of. Oddly enough I just did have but one or two images of bald eagles, now I have more.My wife and I have been to Yellowstone three times, but we never saw all of the valleys or meadows that Cara and Hannah took us to. The two ladies were so great, they took care of everything. They made sure we kept hydrated and had lunch each day. One day with Hannah we went to the park for lunch and there was a small herd of female elk and their babies came in, just to relax in the shade of the park. It felt unreal to be sitting near then. We keep our distance and did not disturb the Elk. It was also strange to see a moose walking down the streets in Gardiner and in people's yards or businesses yards.Hannah and Cara brought some very high-power spotting scopes for us. We really needed the scopes as the wolf packs were out beyond the range of my camera. For everything else I was able to use my camera and a long lens to get some great pictures.I was so pleased with the trip that we are already working on a return date maybe for the spring, to see all the new babies.I can't say enough good things. Cara and Hannah are the best and they really know their stuff about the animals as well as the park and all the geothermal activity. Thank you Cara and Hannah

Cara guided us through a six day backpacking trip in Yellowstone NP and it was wonderful! She planned the perfect itinerary for us, with just the right amount of mileage each day. She knew all of the special places to take us (namely waterfalls and hot springs!), and we all had total confidence in her ability to safely lead the trek. She meticulously planned the meals so we had plenty to eat but not too much weight. I would definitely go with her again!

Best Day of Our Trip! Our tour of Yellowstone and the Beartooth Highway with Hannah was hands down the best day of our trip! The day before, she called to let us know that the weather wasn't looking too favorable, but assured us that we would make the best of it. When she arrived with coffee in hand, it was dark and raining pretty heavily, but Hannah assured us we would have a good day. As we entered Yellowstone Park 30 minutes later, the rain miraculously stopped, and from that point on, our day was nothing short of amazing. Hannah is incredibly knowledgeable, personable, and engaging. She had an impressive understanding of wildlife, and we were lucky enough to spot a grizzly bear, wolves, black bears, eagles, and over 200 bison grazing on the hills, among many other wildlife sitings. Her energy level was impressive, and she provided us with breakfast snacks and lunch, even accommodating a gluten-free option for my son, which was a nice touch. We all agreed that this tour was the highlight of our trip, and we can't thank Hannah enough for everything she did to make the day so special. If you're planning a trip to Yellowstone, don’t miss the opportunity to experience it with her!
