After having a mediocre experience elsewhere on island, I switched to Imua and am so happy I made the change. Adriana is the best! She is helping me recover from Rotator Cuff surgery with specific and gentle targeted stretching and strength. She is hands on, manipulating and working the rotator cuff at every appointment and applying heat before we begin and icing after each session. Her attention to form and practicing all exercises with me to maintain daily at home is so helpful. I feel confident that I am going to achieve full recovery of my left arm/shoulder with her guidance! Now it’s up to me to get to work!!

Yesterday I called IMUA Physical Therapy in Kahului to try to find an appointment time that would better match the PT requirement set forth by my nuerosurgeoun. Shante answered the phone and let me know tat it was possible to get in the same day due to a cancelation. I showed up to my appointment 13 minutes late due to traffic from the west side and they were all super understanding which I was super appreciative of as someone who just sat in traffic for an hour and 20 minutes. Shante gave me some paperwork to sign for treatment but then said that the rest could be filled out after the session which was nice. My therapist Zack took me back to the room in which we did our session and asked me my goals and wishes out of treatment as well as the timeline that I am hopeful for which was super important to me. I truly felt heard. After going through our exercises Zack even offered a few upcoming appointments due to knowing that he already had cancellations. After walking back up to the front desk Daneette handed me the additional paperwork that I needed to fill our for my file and they all let me just sit in the comfy chairs to get through it. After walking back up to the counter and handing in my paperwork Shante pulled up the schedule and helped me schedule my future appointments through September which was super helpful for me so that I can get something on the books and keep my doctors happy with my progress. She allowed me to pause in the middle to call my wife who drives me currently after my brain surgery to check on dates and times. I absolutly appreciate their ability to get me in so quickly, then their smiles, friendly attitudes and professionalism as well as the ability to build a huge portion of my schedule. Thank you Shante, Zack and Anette!

I had shooting pain down my left leg and Tennis elbow , but working with Megan Sabo John , Helped me recover very quickly. she created a targeted treatment plan that address both issues effectively. Her knowledge, experience and guidance helped me get back to playing and doing things I enjoy. Megan has excellent listening skills as she payed attending to my concerns and showed me empathy and support I appreciate her care and dedication throughout my sessions. I Highly recommend Megan Sabo John for anyone dealing with injuries needing a PT. she is amazing.

So grateful for Imua Physical Therapy! My back seized up while on vacation. I was in a lot of pain and had very reduced range of motion. I called and talked with Ella at the front desk. She was extremely helpful and found an appointment with Alex for physical therapy in Kihei and a second appointment for massage therapy with Sarah in Maui Lani. Alex reviewed my intake forms and MRIs and was able to provide treatment that greatly relieved the pain and increased my mobility. He is very knowledgeable, skilled, and caring. Two days later I had a massage from Sarah. She was also very skilled and caring. Highly recommend Imua Physical Therapy!

I periodically suffer from the effects of BPPV which is a type of Vertigo. I thought this was going to be a hopeless condition that I would be having to put up with for the remainder of my life. -WRONG- Therapist Zachary ("Zac") has been able to help me control the effects of this condition to where I can function more normally than I thought was possible. So I thank Imua Therapy and Zac for helping me get back to leading a more fruitful and productive life moving forward.

Doctor Hannah Graham is an excellent occupational therapist. The very first day I started pelvic floor therapy with her, I was amazed at the knowledge this young Doctor had. She is very kind and has a unique way of making you feel comfortable. She is an expert in her field, knowledgeable, very intelligent, and a super lovely person. She cares about her patients and is very devoted to healing them. I recommend her to many women who need help in this area of their body. You can't find a better Doctor than Dr. Hannah Graham!
