Had some issues with the inverter box on the house for our solar panels. I was able to call and Nate came out to take a look. He arrived on time, was kind and helpful, troubleshooted the issue and was able to fix it so we were back up and running. Nate is an asset to the company and his help and expertise is much appreciated!

We recently had solar installed by Impact on our Denver home. Like many others, we hoped to get done by the end of this year to take advantage of the tax credit, but we didn’t start until pretty late. We were immediately impressed with how patient, knowledgeable, and responsive Nate and team were in answering our questions and providing a design that optimizes our roof real estate. We have a tile roof that other companies were hesitant to work with but the roofers and electricians did a great job. Our project was completed earlier than we expected and we passed inspection on the first try (Thanks, Lou!). Everyone we worked there was responsible and trustworthy. They understood our goals and made it happen for us.

My TitanSolar install needed to be transferred to Impact Energy for warranty repair. The RMA process through SolarEdge via Impact Energy went flawlessly. I now have an updated and improved inverter. Impact Energy did a great job installing it and commissioning it. Nick, Mackenzie, Nate and Mindy were all very responsive and helpful throughout.

Solar in the mountains! We have a challenging A-frame roof and rainy afternoons but the team did a great job! They were respectful and hardworking. Nate and Troy made it easy walking me through everything on the front and back end of installation. We are live and producing power! The reasonable cost and financing options made this a reality. They provide tax help making sure we benefit from the credits. What more could you need!

We have been very happy with our Impact Energy Solar Panels over the past year. Walker and Troy were incredibly helpful throughout the whole process and were super responsive with all of our questions along the way. In addition to our solar panels, their team first installed a new roof, insulated our attics, and afterward they even provided a tax professional to help make sure we got the most money back from energy efficiency incentives. We would definitely recommend Impact Energy to anyone interested in solar!

Impact recently completed a full panel replacement and installation of a charging system in our garage. The team was productive working long days in unfavorable weather, respectful of our home and ourselves. The work was done professionally within the time line they provided. I have some experience being part of the construction management team for the original construction of DIA with more than 25 years of construction management and technical system management and I have to rank Impact among the best I've worked with.

Impact Energy has been super friendly and helpful throughout or install process. Alex was our sales representative and thoroughly explained everything we needed for solar. She consistently answered questions quickly and was incredibly friendly! We needed a section of roof replaced and they helped us work through the whole insurance process. Mackenzie was communicative and made sure the work was done right! Once the install was complete, Troy helped us get set up with the solar monitoring software. He has gone above and beyond to ensure we are set - including making adjustments to the system to optimize production.
