Andrew Rennie of Impact Home Loans is a highly professional , honest, conscientious and experienced broker who specialises in arranging reverse mortgage home loans for senior citizens. He is very good at what he does. He is readily contactable by phone or email and he replies to any queries promptly. He provides feedback and progress reports from the commencement of the loan application process right through to the end. He is very patient, kind and non judgmental and treats his clients with great empathy and transparency. He has a knack of making people, regardless of age or gender, feel valued and respected. Andrew also never puts pressure on his clients, allowing clients to make decisions in their own time. I highly recommend Andrew Rennie as the go to person one should contact if the need for a reverse mortgage should arise.

I did a lot of research on Reverse Mortgage Loans and companies that had recently advertised across several major providers.Having looked at all options by far Impact Home Loans and Andrew Peake stood out. They were more than competitive, offered flexible options, were accommodating ,efficient, prompt on responses and far superior to others I had experienced. I would have no hesitation in recommending Impact and Andrew Peake if a reverse mortgage is what you are looking for.

Andrew makes the loan application process easy and seamless, finds you the best deals based on your criteria. ANDREW RENNIE from IMPACT HOME LOANS has successfully & painlessly arranged my first REVERSE MORTGAGE with HEARTLAND BANK. I have been considering taking this step as I am preparing to downsize & my lovely old waterfront home needs considerable renovating in order to get the maximum value when I sell it. I had researched Reverse Mortgages to some degree & spoken to several banks & agents & it all seemed very involved so I kept putting it off. Then I met ANDREW on line & after a very helpfull & friendly conversation with him the whole process was put into motion.
