Andrew Peake was the most helpful, knowledgeable, supporting and professional person in organising our Reverse Mortgage which was successful with no stress, after trying to do it ourselves direct with the big companies and every time we tried to get information, details, we were put in a queue and had to give all our details over and over again and spoke with different people who were not helpful in any way, so we gave up in trying to get a Reverse Mortgage until we heard of Andrew and Impact Home Loans and after contacting him everything happened very quickly with a successful ending, now we have our Reverse Mortgage ready to go and we can seriously and honestly say DO NOT go anywhere else or try to do it yourself, my review is completely honest and based on fact, place your trust with Andrew Peake and you will have a smile on your face like we have

We would like to say how pleased we are with Impact Home Loans. Reversed Mortgage, being age pensioner's we have began to struggle a little especially with still having a mortgage, and unexpected illnesses, thus having to travel to hospitals, plus the cost of some of these hospital visits. We first spoke to Andrew Rennie, on 18th May 26, from there to Friday 10th July 26, we have completed all necessary paperwork, attended a solicitor's meeting, and received the loan into our bank. It is so simple and understandable, so we can pay whatever we can afford or not off this loan, unlike a mortgage that seems to go up more and more theses days, and with the extra can treat ourselfs, the beautiful thing is should we decide to sell and move or even pass away this Reversed Mortgage is paid off out of the sale of our house, seriously if your thinking of it my advice is to go look into it, we are glad we did for sure See for yourselfs....
