Don't let the very small storefront fool you. Inside is any kind of hotdog 🌠you could hope for. We kept it simple. Wife had hotdog with a little chili. I had sausage dog with just a little ketchup, mustard and onions. Both were excellent and extremely affordable. Ya gotta try this place.
Such a delight to go in and it be a friendly atmosphere. All food if fresh and made right in from of you. Very clean place and the food is out of this world.

We were in town for a few days. Hit this gym 3 times. Great staff, day pass available, open at 5AM, working gym……not people tying up machines sitting on their phones. Incredibly clean and organized. Great vibe!

While in Gulf Shores we wanted a place to workout. This place is clean, well taken care of and has a little of everything. Great machines and free weights. As a female, I appreciated the machines facing the wall when needed. The owner is super nice and helpful, and has his sweet dog around too! Saw personal training each day while we were there. Appreciated the price for a drop in! Thank you!

So unlike most, I haven’t been to the gym in Foley. However, I’m a long distance client. I am a retired Fireman who was hurt on the job. Jason has created my workouts within my mobility issues that have allowed me to come to a level of fitness I haven’t had since I retired 6 years ago. He follows up weekly with my progress, and continually provides feedback for my workouts! How many other trainers do that! My progress has been so consistent! Thanks Impact Fitness and Jason in particular for helping me find my way back to fitness! I’m looking forward to a long relationship with you!

I absolutely love this gym. Jason and Andrea are truly top-notch. They’re incredibly knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely care about the people they work with. Their understanding of both fitness and nutrition is outstanding, and they do a great job making everything practical and relatable.
The atmosphere is what really sets this place apart. It’s supportive, welcoming, and just has a great overall vibe. Every time I come in, I not only get a great workout, but I also leave feeling relaxed and at peace.
Highly recommend to anyone looking for more than just a place to work out.

Been to a couple of their chains but only to this one twice. Last time the owner was there and he was exactly what you'd hope for. Food was great, price was fair especially in this economy, and I felt welcomed which is sorely lacking nowadays. I'll be back and def recommend to anyone who likes a good ol glizzy

Absolutely love this location! The owner is always so nice and welcoming. The options of different speciality hotdogs are amazing. I come here EVERY time I’m in town for work.

Awesome gym!
Jason is very knowledgeable and has helped me tremendously with my recovery from a VERY bad spinal cord injury.
The gym itself is clean, well lit, and their equipment is very nice.
I highly recommend joining Impact Fitness. You won't be disappointed!

Very clean facilities and equipment! Easy people to work with and they care about what you are doing. Free weights and machines hit all the major areas as well the cardio equipment. Found everything I needed in a friendly environment. Great job folks!

During our week vacation in Gulf Shores, i went to multiple gyms. Impact Fitness is the only gym i went to multiple times and will be the only gym going forward.
I met Jason and his wife while in the facility. They are down to earth people who want to run their gym, empower the community and see you succeed. I’m happy that i found Jason and Impact Fitness.
