They went the extra mile to ensure our property was secure as the issue could not be entirely addressed until the builder ascertained the structural integrity. I can’t praise this business highly enough. They have a can do attitude and I recommend them to anyone in need of reliable door repairs.

Incredibly professional, super easy to deal with, prompt, couldn't reccommend highly enough.
Add: after service care is just as incredible, we had a faulty part (not impact doors fault at all) and it was swapped over so quick.
Truly if youre in need, these are your guys.

Jarryd came by and fix our garage door after it had a serious "Open on an angle stoppage".
He was prompt to attend, so efficient, informative and did such a great job on our door (depsite us not having is serviced for over 10 years). Really friendly and a genuinely helpful guy.
It has been working perfectly ever since he attended and we will definatley be getting our door serviced by him on a regular basis now.

Our garage door wasn't working properly, I contacted through their web form and received a call from Jarred soon after to book in an appointment for a quote. Jarred was super friendly and very knowledgeable and all his suggestions were great! Had a door spring break on a Friday at 5pm. Phone Jarred to arrange him to come look, expecting it would be a week before he could come out. He booked me in for Monday morning and had the door fixed within an hour.
Great guy, prompt service, would highly recommend.

I thought I could fix my own garage door, but ended up completely ruining it and getting my car stuck inside. I thought I was totally screwed, but then I called Jarrod at Impact Doors. He was super responsive, even on a late Friday afternoon, and came out to my place to fix it. Not only did he repair the door, but he also gave it a quick service, all for a very reasonable price. I couldn't be more grateful! I highly recommend Jarrod and will definitely be using him for my next garage door service.
