Jarryd came by and fix our garage door after it had a serious "Open on an angle stoppage". He was prompt to attend, so efficient, informative and did such a great job on our door (depsite us not having is serviced for over 10 years). Really friendly and a genuinely helpful guy. It has been working perfectly ever since he attended and we will definatley be getting our door serviced by him on a regular basis now. Awesome job. Our garage door wasn't working properly, I contacted through their web form and received a call from Jarred soon after to book in an appointment for a quote. Jarred was super friendly and very knowledgeable and all his suggestions were great! The door looks amazing and we couldn't be happier 😊 Will definitely reach back out in future for any servicing and repairs and would absolutely recommend Jarred and the team at Impact Doors!

Had a door spring break on a Friday at 5pm. Phone Jarred to arrange him to come look, expecting it would be a week before he could come out. He booked me in for Monday morning and had the door fixed within an hour. Great guy, prompt service, would highly recommend.

I thought I could fix my own garage door, but ended up completely ruining it and getting my car stuck inside. I thought I was totally screwed, but then I called Jarrod at Impact Doors. He was super responsive, even on a late Friday afternoon, and came out to my place to fix it. Not only did he repair the door, but he also gave it a quick service, all for a very reasonable price. I couldn't be more grateful! I highly recommend Jarrod and will definitely be using him for my next garage door service.

Had a very different experience wth this repairer. Despite sending photos and address through to his mobile AND him arranging a date and time - he didn't show. When I contacted he said he had no record. So for reliability I would look elsewhere.

They were fantastic from the start — quick to quote, great with communication, and available sooner than we expected. On the day, they went above and beyond, replacing our garage door motor and all the related components, as well as giving the door a full service. Everything was on hand and ready to go, so it was all completed the same day — no waiting around! Our garage door now opens so smoothly and quietly, it’s incredible.
