I had a very complex and messy immigration situation. When I first connected with Ieva, I was overwhelmed and feeling hopeless. My case had been mishandled by a previous family lawyer, and I didn’t know where to turn. I reached out to Ieva in an emergency (we hadn’t even met yet), and she responded right away. We spoke on the phone, and she went straight to the point, clearly explaining what I needed to do next, step by step.
The following week, we met in person so she could support me during a phone call with immigration regarding a mistake that had left me unlawfully in the country for a few weeks. She resolved each issue one by one with incredible efficiency.
With her guidance, I applied for a ministerial intervention — a process that sounded scary and overwhelming at first, but she walked me through every step and made it manageable. She doesn’t waste time, always replies quickly, and is extremely honest and transparent about the situation.

I can't begin to start how great my experience have been, I've lived in Australia for 10 years and have dealt with my fair share of agents who are up for a cash grab, unprofessional and extremely hard to get in touch with during the process.
Ieva, and her team is extremely professional, responds swiftly , great with managing and responding on or before time and very aware of your individual circumstances. Furthermore, they will give you clear timelines of when things are done, and they would adhere and deliver beyond without a doubt. I have always been made thoroughly aware of the progress and been given holistic counselling on the questions and doubts I had, given it can be overwhelming and complicated at times. Might I add that the services are very reasonably priced compared to the quality of the services provided.
