I had a great experience with Immaculate Clean. I had recently gone through a very stressful experience with my husband being ill for an extended period of time. I had little time to clean…even though I LOVE a clean house. I knew I needed a deep clean, so I set up an appointment for a Friday at least a month ahead of time…I was so excited waiting for those days to tick away.
They didn’t know it, but my husband had passed away a week before they were scheduled to come. When one of the girls showed up, Adalyn, I mentioned to her that I had just returned from picking up his ashes. I was emotional…she asked if she could give me a hug. 🥺 I was so touched.
The rest of the team showed up and they busted their butts to make sure my house sparkled! They did an amazing job!
The next day was Saturday…I was shocked and truly touched that they had sent flowers with their condolences for my husband. How rare is it nowadays to have a company that focuses on customer service. These folks surpass all expectations! What a relief to have such a positive experience. I would recommend this company and look forward to using them again soon.
